Tapered down from base to glans. Let's you tease your partner with your smaller glans and slowly increase the pressure against her vagina walls as you slowly slide it in until she gets the full effect of your fatter base girth.

I feel like a biggers glans then the shaft behind it isnt such a bad thing in the tapered down scenario. The glans most time squezzes and gives more then the shaft.

I voted same size from base to glans. I don't really think the shape would affect me much, but I figure with uniform girth, a woman would experience a nice, even, full feeling from base to tip. The glans could be fairly even, or maybe a tad bigger due to the squish factor.
