    Edging: During edging session, when I reach PONR, do I completely stop for a couple of seconds to let it cool down or does edging mean I have to continue cruising that tingling ponr feel with subtle strokes until it passes or subsides?

    IK's: Is it possible to completely control IKs? Because the closer I am to PONR, my dick starts spasming and you cant relax it unless you stop completely?

    Learn to do RK's effectively by practicing Hindi squats & yoga poses (dog/cat) in the people gym. Once you get the hang of 'em, initiate a RK when you begin to feel the IK's leading to PONR; that causes the IK's to subside while you continue edging. Takes practice, buy you'll get there.

      Few questions from a newbie:
      1. What do you mean by "the people gym"?
      2. How exactly does one learn RK by practicing hindi squats? Is it about stretching the PF?
      3. Is it possible for a beginner's RK to cause more arousal? When I try to push PF while edging, it seems like it makes me even closer to PONR... But maybe what I perform is not the RK.

        1. (sigh)...People Gym: The one with all the weights, stair-climbers, maybe a track, a pool, naked guys in a locker room with showers? Guys sweating a lot?...

        2. RK / Hindi squats stretch & build up the BC muscles. K's build the PC muscles. K's feel like you're cutting off a piss mid-stream; RK's feel like you're forcing a piss (flexes your anus).

        3. Rk's should not cause MORE arousal, in fact, you'll likely find it causes a slight decline in your EQ, but continued stimulation eather by edging or thrusting during sex will cause EQ to rebound quickly, without the IK's.

          Ad 1. Sorry, I'm not a native. I know what is "gym", but have never heard a phrase "people gym", that's why I thought it was some idiom maybe.

          Ad 3. Therefore I still can't do a RK properly...

            This site is called pegym so penis exercise gym so the one with the steam room etc sometimes has to be made clear.

                There are different ways of edging. You can do it and then stop completely or you can go to very light stimulation(ballooning your sweet spot very lightly) like you mentioned so that you can get used to pushing through the PONR. THAT is better training.
