New to the forum but have lurked for a while. Anyhow, I have had tremendous success with lasting longer by learning how to use reverse Kegels. However, there were other things I had to do to get to this point so quickly:
Stop using porn
Do not jack off for pleasure
Practice reverse kegeling (more on
that later)
Limit regular kegels
Frenulum stretches
So as of last week I was unable to achieve even a minute of sex before busting. My frenulum was very sensitive and would make me bust a few seconds after penetration. Frenulum stretches are done by getting rock hard and stretching the foreskin to the pelvic bone, causing the frenulum to lengthen over time. You will know you are doing this right because the tip of your head will pull towards the base of your dick.
Reverse kegels allowed me to gain control of the involuntary contractions I was having as I made penetration. First you need to feel the involuntary contractions. You can do this by jacking off with one hand and pressing the fingers of your other hand lightly against your perineum. You will feel the involuntary contractions as you stroke. These are what make you cum so fast. Reverse kegels are achieved basically by taking a deep breath and bearing down, allowing the air to escape through pursed lips. This will cause the back pressure necessary to contract your bc muscle. Through diligence, you will be able to do a Reverse Kegel without deep breathing, but it takes time.
I forgot one step: relax. It’s so easy to worry about lasting longer. In reality, the more worried you are the less likely it is that you will be able to relax during sex to limit the number of involuntary contractions you are having.
So when your having sex and are relaxed, as you feel the involuntary contractions you will perform a Reverse Kegel and relax your pelvic muscles, halting the ejaculatory cascade of involuntary contractions.
Finally, this stuff really works. I lasted 5 minutes last night inside a vagina during round 1. For me that’s a monumental achievement. I have struggled with pe for nearly 20 years. The smile on my wife’s face this morning was priceless and was an instant confidence booster. It might seem difficult but it is possible to overcome pe, just keep working at it.

I suppose I should have clarified. Jacking off should be full of pleasure, but in order to learn how to control when you cum I think it’s important to understand what is going on. The involuntary contractions, the feeling as you near the ponr.....all of that is important in learning to delay ejaculation.

So here's my story guys. Have had PreE basically since started having sex a few years back. Now sometimes I was able to last 5-10 minutes but usually 2-3 minutes was average. Stressful times came on and then all of a sudden if I lasted a minute that was a long time! So bad and really stressed me out a ton but my wife thought it was ok since it turns out that in her extended family during her bachelorette party they talked bout PreE and most there husband's had it unless they drank some beers.
I wasn't going to be relying on alcohol to help so I took to the internet in search of help. Found the forums and thank the good Lord for that!
I found that my PF was very tight and tense most of the day and had been sucking my stomach in for years even though I had no reason to as I'm in pretty good shape at 6ft 160lbs with a pretty good amount of muscle. None the less it messed me up big time.
So I started off with doing deep belly breathing for a few months. Everytime I conciously think about it I will breathe through my diaphragm which helps relax the PF and also do a light RK at full extension of the diaphragm. So lots of RKs and the only kegels done during this time were IKs. Hadn't had a real set routine on RK/Ks during this time but later on I did but will get back to that later.
Then on to edging started dry edging for at least 15min and worked for a week or 2 at it. Then moved on to lubed and did that for a few weeks. Then I made the jump to a Fleshlight and that was extremely helpful in my opinion. Main focus on edging was to be able to control the IKs and understand my arousal levels. For the most part now I only have IKs when im close to orgasm and that's when I'm TRYING to ejaculate once I decide to.
After a month or 2 I restarted PE as I had done it before but had been awhile. Started doing Big Al's jelq free routine and started at the bottom. Only 5 squeezes and 100 side to side stretches. With that though I started kegels and only started at 5 erect kegels but followed behind with an RK. Adding only 1 per workout day (only 3 days a week) I'm up to about 20 and I'm doing very well with them. Now when edging when getting closer to PONR when I do a hard RK I can literally see the blood slowly filling up my glans like the blood is flowing through it unlike a kegel when it fills up very fast.
I have started working out as well which I think has helped but along with working out one thing that has helped IMMENSELY has been stretching out my muscles, mainly lower body. I've been doing lots of hamstring stretches and quads and hip flexors and Hindi squats as well. I'm way more flexible than I was before and think that's helping.
And then there's the mental state. Reduce stress as much as possible especially when associated with sex and PreE. Change your mindset from worrying about it and letting it control you, to focusing on your woman and RELAX!!! You need to be in tune with your body and realize when your body is tense for no reason. I realized I tense my legs and ass and pelvic area and once I learned to relax that was a big game changer. The stretching helped me with this as well as I'm usually a tense guy. Being self aware is huge!
Since I've been learning all these things and putting them into practice these past 3 weeks my wife and I have been having sex every other day (trying to start a family) However the first few times I was having PreE. Then the past 7 times once I started stretching and keeping in tune with my muscles and relaxing them, it's like a switch has flipped! 5 times have been in missionary and 2 times cowgirl position and everytime now my wife orgasms before I do and then once that happens then I control my body to ejaculate. I went from basically 1-2 minutes if I was lucky to well over 10 minutes time and time again. Sex has really gotten fun again!
Some tips:
-Deep belly breathing with RKs
-Stretches like Hindi squats and others
-Reduce stress and anxiety in general but definitely regarding sex and PreE
-Practice edging a few times a week
-after you've been doing RKs only for a while start bringing in kegels but start low and work your way up don't over do them
-RELAX
You can all beat this you just need to believe in yourselves even if it seems hopeless. If you expect to fail before you start you will bring yourself to failure.6/26/18 measurements

I'll share my path around ejaculation control.
Since I started having sex at the age of 15 and until the age of 23, I would last maybe 2 minute inside.
fortunely, I knew to pull back a few times, so my love making was usuelly lasting for around 20 minutes.
2 years ago I found out about Kegels, Yoga and the idea of seperating the orgasm from ejaculation.
for the last 2 years I have been doing on and off kegel programs in a ratio of
- every other day
- started from 10 kegels, 10 r. Kegels, 10 anus kegel and 10 r. anus kegel.
at the pick of my training program, it looked like this:
- 100 k,rk, anus, r. anus
- 5 seconds weak hold, 5 seconds medium hold, 5 second extreme hold.
- 60 seconds of medium holding for each type of kegel.
- I don't know how it's called.. but contracting a kegel, then adding anus, then releasing the kegel, and eventualy releasing the anus.
- in addition to those.. I practice 5 times a week Ha-Tha Yoga.
- Everyday for the last year I sit for a meditation for 30 minutes to an hour.
- On full moon (which in some culture it is believed that it increase our sensetivity) I would do a standing meditation that really supported my control power.
- in the last year I started practicing the sexual tantra, and the basic principle of moving the sexual energy from your penis to the rest of your body, by imagining light moving threw your body. (this is really writing the bible in a sentence.)
and Today
My intercourse last for about 1-2 hours,
usuelly after that we get tired, hungy, running out of time.
In some positions I last for 30 minutes in a row easily - doggy style, child pose(google it)
and in others I really can't stay for more then a minture or two. - she is lying on her back and legs are cross(tighten the vagina)
I havn't expirienced any dry orgasms or MMO and my goal is to gain full control in every position.
ah by the way!
as a practicioner of the tantric path, I quit ejaculating.
I do splash it once in a few weeks or months unintensialy.

OK, so I've found that I do not have premature ejaculation anymore. I've lost count of the number I've had sex since (starting tennis ball) and it seems that I can now last around ten to fifteen minutes sometimes even longer. I'm actually worried my old delayed ejaculation issues might return, however, because sometimes I struggle to ejaculate from vaginal stimulation of my penis, unless it is either uber tight, or I go really fast lol. However, the info and techniques gleaned from this website should stand me in good stead to counter this.
I previously could last under one minute before starting working on fixing my premature ejaculation.
Like I said, I can now last 10-15mins plus, sometimes even longer.
I actually put this down to the tennis ball.
Some of the best advice on the internet is here on this forum, and for free, most doctors, including the urologist I saw were a bit useless despite being well-meaning. One doctor got what I was doing with the tennis ball, but sadly that was too late.
My pre-E, got compounded by a massive physical trauma, with multiple broken bones, from which I am still recovering, yoga seems to have that covered though.
I still have problem with mild referred pain, and heat sensations in my body, where it is at its worse after ejaculation, but i'm noticing this improve quite quickly at this stage. Despite not having premature ejaculation at all any more, my penis still has an over-sensitivity at times, but it doesn't 'catch' and trigger IKs in the same way it used to. However, this can make edging a bit of a hassle, and it may take some work still. Probably just a bit of practice.
In total, not counting breaks, I have been training for eleven months. But if I was to take out the breaks. Then I reckon it would have been a total of eight months.
This figure would have been less, if I had:
stopped weightlifting or any form of core-strength training immediately -.-,
started on the tennis ball work immediately,
not wasted fifty pounds on a therawand (even when it is used correctly with adequate session spacing, it can cause regression and inflammation),
stopped edging for longer than twenty minutes immediately, (I actually think ejaculating sooner than twenty minutes at first is more beneficial)
stopped edging and ejaculating more than once a week,
If I could go back and give myself advice and a session about a year ago, it would be:
focus on hamstring, and hip yoga, do it every day but don't over do it
stop using porn, even just images
Start on a tennis ball session that progressively gets longer, doing it only once a day, making sure you take plenty days off.
Start diaphragmatic breathing training immediately .
Hindi squats are great, but don't overdo them, as they can make piles worse, and this can make pre-E worse, be judicious.
Do rKs at first, but don't get attached to them or overdo them.
Be careful you don't over do things.
Be careful you don't under do things.

What would mean overdo? Or what would imply an optimal routine?
I'm asking because my main focus is on hindi, and i've seen results but would be afraid to overdo them if this is even possible
