Just capturing something that is working for me so that I have it here in the future if my PreE comes back.
Doing a Hindi squat with my back on the floor and my butt slid all the way up against the surface of a wall is the most effective stretch for me to loosen my pelvic floor. After doing a few sets of that stretch over a couple minutes, my RKs are really effective.
Also, the APT stretches and exercises are very helpful.
Things are staying on track for me.
