    Uh oh, I didn't realize there could be people replying to my latest post
    Anklepain: I don't think any particular exercise was the cause of not being able to finish (btw I don't remember, I usually workout my whole body as I don't go too frequently). I think it was all the lactic acid in my body (basically me being too tired) that caused this. I think the same would happen after running 15 miles and then having sex. But if you're looking for something I read that cycling is helping to fix Pre-E. I guess it helps to relax PF by massaging it. Maybe simple exercise bike at home would be enough.

    I agree with you. I definitely think it has something to do with the overall body fitness. Lately I've been gardening a lot, so it is improving a bit, but I haven't been to gym for months, so it's rather cardio in the garden than anything else.

    Recently there have been some public holidays here plus I took some days off from work and didn't have time to train. But I am back will try to focus on my issues in this area. I will keep reporting how my sex sessions went on "regular" basis.

      Alrgiht, we had sex yesterday. I was doing lots of glans squeezes throughout the day yesterday, also used some PYT before sex. I used quite small dosage, but the main problem was I used it too late and it didn't have enough effect. We did it doggy style, quite fast pace since beginning. And even though I was controlling myself the tension in my PF started to build up very quickly and I lasted around 1 min. Wife had O during foreplay, so it wasn't really a disaster, but for me it is frustrating. I will try to remember to do tennis ball massages more frequently. And maybe start running.

      I was thinking about it yesterday and one more contributor can be my job. Not the stress but sitting on my butt for 8 hours a day. Can't be too good for my PF.

        Since my last post I had sex with my wife without PYT. Duration was about minute and half. Pace varied, but started at about 1 stroke per second. I tried to stay in control, but then had one arousing thought and that sped up the whole journey towards ponr.
        Then had sex yesterday with PYT. With PYT I lately get to the point, where it almost gives me DE. I am able to go for as long as I want, but then when I wish to orgasm, I really need to try. Having three kids around all the time doesn't allow us to go for 30 minutes or more, but I can imagine if I did last this long I would probably not be able to orgasm anymore (with PYT) without taking a break.

        I will try to do more stretching and tennis ball massages, plus glans squeezing.

            Hi stew, I apply it mainly on frenulum and around glans corona. Then I get rid off the rest of PYT left on my finger by rubbing it on the rest of my glans.
            I apply it with my pointing finger only and with my foreskin retracted of course. I am uncut, so I it stays on my glans right until I wash it off. I can imagine how it may come off from an uncut penis just by unintentional rubbing against clothes during walking, etc...

              How long do you leave it on before washing it off?

                Ah good question. I try to apply it 60-90 minutes before sex. I wash it off right before sex. Please note I always use wet baby tissues to wipe everything off and then I wash my penis to make sure it's all gone.
                When I applied it 20-30 minutes before sex the effect was very weak.

                  So.. I haven't posted here in a while. Basically I've been managing to use PYT for every sex session with my wife. It's been happening around once a week lately.
                  I am slowly reducing PYT doses which so far seem to work fine. At least I am nowhere the DE as it happened to me twice before - which is frustrating for my wife.
                  What I've been doing lately:
                  1) body awareness throughout the day - controlling myself periodically for IK's, relaxing my PF
                  2) better sitting posture (also standing, but I am sitting was more time every day). I've always had "lazy" posture while standing/sitting and it doesn't even look good.
                  3) going gym and exercising also on stationary bike for some time - this helps to massage front side of my PF
                  4) tennis ball
                  5) some RK's here and there
                  6) started to practice with homemade fleshligh (4sponges + latex glove + smoothie mixer container + olive oil)
                  7) glans squeezes

                  In about a month time I would like to try sex without PYT, but before that I want to practice more with the fleshlight.
                  Note: I actually used the fleshlight after pretty long time yesterday. The fleshlight wasn't moving, instead I was thrusting against it. It felt really close to real vagina I must say.
                  I did thrust for about 20 minutes continuously, but had to sometimes do a few shallow thrusts to stay away from PONR. My problem with PONR is that once I reach it, I can even stop for 1 minute, but I am straight back at PONR after I get back to thrusting. So my goal is not to even get close it.
                  I did this while watching some movie in the TV, but then I tried to imagine some sexy stuff as well and my arousal levels went up almost intermediately. I also noticed that my body tried to IK.. It was almost like a reflex. Eventually I stopped completely because otherwise I would have ejaculated soon. Positive is that I was really hard the whole time.

                  Lesson learned: It's not just my sensitive glans that triggers IK's, it's also my mind.
                  I feel like I am progressing, but only next month will tell, especially the attempt without PYT.

                    On Friday and Saturday I did on both days 20+ minutes of thrusting into my homemade fleshlight. I think it is a really good training.
                    On Sunday I had sex with wife when kids went to sleep after lunch. I applied about 90 minutes ahead just a very very small amount of PYT on my frenulum and cleaned off the rest from my finger on the coronal ridge. I really felt that my sensitivity was really not down too much. Half an hour before sex I did some glans squeezing. Whenever I start doing glans squeezes I get quite uncontrollable IK's, but they disappear within minutes.
                    Eventually we had sex and I must say I felt really relaxed. I would say it took her around five minutes to cum. At this point I felt tension in my PF building up a lot. I then lasted another minute roughly. All in all 6 minutes of continuous sex (no stops) with minimum of PYT applied. I was pretty happy, but I know I need to carry on with my training to fight Pre-e to improve further. My goal is to be able to last 10+ minutes on regular basis without using PYT.

                    Note: the sentence in bold is actually my biggest problem. When I start having sex I am in one long constant IK, that I can't release and this brings me to PONR very quickly. I need to learn how to prevent this. Glans squeezing and thrusting into fleshlight are two great exercises to do so. For now glans squeezing before sex also sounds like a good temporary solution for this problem, as the IK eventually goes away within minutes.

                      Events that happened since my last post:

                      Tried sex without PYT with my wife. We did it on a large bean bag we have for the first since we have it. I actually didn't like it - we didn't form it well and the position we did it in wasn't very comfortable. We started with a vibrating egg that she applied to her clitoris. I was inside her moving really slow and felt the tension in my PF building up too fast. After like 3 minutes she was done and put the egg aside, so I began thrusting faster and was done within a minute. Wasn't out best session really and I was a bit disappointed that I was so tense and lasted so short.

                      Then I was on holiday for a few days without my wife and kids. I did watch porn and masturbate quite a few times. I drank alcohol there every night and it always makes me feel horny next day a lot.

                      Yesterday me and my wife finally met and had sex at night. I used PYT (medium dose). I also did like 4 minutes of squats like 30mins before sex. Unfortunately I came within 3 minutes - there was almost no foreplay. This is no good. I am stopping with masturbating for now and will focus more on Pre-E training...

                        I hit the gym yesterday morning and had sex with my wife yesterday night. This time it was completely different. I applied a bit more of PYT than two days ago - honestly I was a bit afraid that it might have stopped working for me. The outcome was I was able to thrust really fast and deep (I started slow and shallow in the beginning due to short foreplay) and didn't have any urge to come. Actually in the end when my wife told me she couldn't take it anymore (she felt like fainting in the end) I has some difficulties to come and it took me good 3-4 minutes of trying to come before I really came.

                        I started reading Sex God Method (by Daniel Rose) few days ago and yesterday started to apply some ditry talk and emotional talk. Surprisingly my wife was very responsive and started to reply in similar manner. She also seemed more horny. I was also more dominant and she seemed to like it. Co-incidentally I have gained weight (I am pretty skinny) in last two weeks or so, so she may think I was more dominant due to this fact. I am trying to be more dominant also outside bed, but just slightly and not doing anything against her will of course.
                        I should mentioned that before we had these two sex sessions together (after my vacation) we talked about me gaining weight and I mentioned to her I would like to get to some particular weight to which she replied that it would be great and she is looking forward to me laying on top of her with my whole weight while f*cking her from behind (her lying on her stomach). So she clearly indeed likes to be dominated during sex to some extent (by another words she wants me to behave like an alpha male).

                        So far I have read the mental stimulation part in the Sex God Method and I must say I already knew it was gold right once I started reading it. It's especially great read for guys with above average EQ and IQ, because it easier to understand and apply then. I wish my father told me about this book when I was younger. I will definitely recommend it to my son when he's grown up.

                        Just to summarize our last session was one of the best sex we ever had. I think we didn't have this good sex in years, so THANK YOU Daniel Rose and PYT. But now I will again try to stick to lower doses of PYT and train more on my own with fleshlight, tennis ball, etc.

                          Build a routine and keep consistent.
                          We are training for a race in a sense.
                          what are tennis ball massage you doing? could you give me a link or video of that?

                            huh, I've never seen a video of this. You might try to google it. Basically you just sit on a tennis ball, you can move around a bit. It should put pressure to your PF between your anus and balls. It's better to do this on some chair with padding, as otherwise the pressure may be too much.

                              But not too much padding, needs to put enough pressure that its massaging and breaking down the area but not just cutting off blood circulation making it go numb.
                              I drive to work 30mins to and from every day and I place a dead computer hard drive under me because my seat is too soft the ball just sinks into it and then the tennis ball. I place the ball in between the anus and the balls in the area where the pelvis has an opening at the bottom. In women it would be the birthing canal but in men its smaller for obvious reasons. I normally place it in that slot and then roll it side to side and forward back.

                              When i take it out, the area tingles from the blood flooding back into it but its also a lot looser.
