      • I’m curious, does the fact that it took so long for you to believe in PE contribute to your faith in one day PreE exercises will help as well? My case is similar to the hat you describe, just absolutely brutal. Believing I can fix it is something that constantly wavers.

          • Mate honestly, if you haven't gotten laid in 1.5 years, then you shouldn't be on this forum. Should be out getting laid, even if it lasts 2 pumps.

            It's not possible to get good at sex by totally avoiding it, and more than the PE issue, confidence is gonna be an even bigger issue if its been that long.... Like shit i think its an extinction level event if i ain't got some for 2 weeks lol

                  2. Lower body stretch

                  One thing I havent done properply is light rk troughout the day. I havent done light rk troughout the day because I always forget to do them. Is very hard to remember to do light rk through out the day when focusing on work, talk and playing games.

                  My next routine:

                          Strong push rk or light rk? Holding rk for a long time or short time?

                          At the moment im believing in light rk through out the day but this is so diffucult because of my job and lifestyle and I always forget. Im going end my job in 2 weeks. Lets see what happen for my ability to light rk through the day.

                          • Oh, yeah! For the first time I succeed to remember on doing rk through out the day. It been 2 day RKing now. Believe me, its not easy to focusing on rk and other thing (talking, working, eating and playing sport) at the same time. My RK throuhout the day is not perfect but maybe about 70% of the day I do it.

                              • I have been doing this "new" pubic bone stretch I came up with by myself and it feel great for my pelvic floor. I feel more loose on the PF.

                                Lay on the bed. Your upper body is on the bed and lower body is hanging outside of the bed. Be in this position for 5min or as much as you want. Put the pillow under your upper ass to prevent lower back pain.
