    Yeah i do 11 hour shifts of office work as well so i know the issue all too well.

    My hips tend to get very tight too from all that sitting. What has helped me are mini standing stretches at work, as in take a fat step forward, and engage your hammies while posterior rotating the hips. It's a good stretch that you can perform in a work environment. Back home i do this stretch.... (google image)

      Yes, I have tried these streches you mentioned. Maybe I need to take more break from sitting like you said.

      If i remember correctly, I have had 2 "succesfull" intercourse and both time I stretches my hipflexors just before intercourse. Again im not 100% sure if I remember these correctly. With succesful intercourse i mean about 5min because normally I last 5-20 second.

      If somebody is reading my thread and havinsg sex with wife/girlfriend regularly , please tryi to stretchs hipflexors just before sex and report me later. This is not time consuming either and easy as fuck. Thanks.

        I believe every exercise that make you fart is a good exersice for pre e. Think about it, fart is like RK. This exersice (google image)

            Im thinking to add edging in to my routine but im the kind of guy that never ever ever would do anything that is not necessary that is why even this thread name is "make it simple".

            Andrewii7 and boricua are cured from pre e and they both saying that edging do not help. Should I trust these guys? Hhmn... Let me think about that more few week.

              3 day without routine. I laying on the bed tried to watching porn without erection but failed. I get erection withing 10 second and it was impossible for me to get an erection down. My penis start to stwitching when i was super horny.

                I sat on the floor watching porn in lotus position butt cheek spread apart againts the floor like jamessimonds style. My penis didnt switching anymore even when touching my glans. But then I pulled my foreskin toward my pubic bone and stayed in that pulled position for about 1 minute like frenulum stretching and I came. I did this because it simulate the deep thrust and I have came in this way many times before.
                did this very hard. Full power i get from my hand. It Is only 1 pull and stay in that pulled position. Not thrusting at all.

                Does this mean that pulling foreskin deep toward pubic bone is my weak spot? Short frenulum is the cause of pre e?

                Did I failed or did i over pull my foreskin? You cannot get this same foreskin pull anywhere in real sex.

                Or just forget everything and continue andrewii7 exersice faithfully

                  No idea buddy. I tried all the desensitising stuff before with no long term progress in the bedroom.

                    I would suggest sticking to a plan that includes the main fixes (pelvic floor stretching and massage, RKs, edging, relaxation and breathing, arousal awareness). It’s really hard to figure out what the one or two causes may be for you. Also, sometimes we try something but don’t do it correctly or don’t try it long enough - so we think it doesn’t matter for us when it does. If you do all of the above for 3-4 months (multiple times a week and with an effort where you are very focused on what your body is doing and what your technique is), and you don’t see progress, then try adding something like desensitization. There have been a number of accounts on here that say those techniques work for some people. For me, doing only desensitization alone, did not work for me. A few years ago, I used the number sprays, creams, and condoms. My dick literally felt like it had just come from the dentist after a Novocain injection. It was completely numb. I still ejaculated in under 1 minute.

                      Others have said that sensitivity reduces as the mastery of these techniques improves. Personally with going heavy on the core work and stretching for APT along with the other things, Iv started to feel a little less sensitive as well. Normally in the shower I would, with a little conditioner, masturbate in the shower in under a minute. This morning I was a raging ball of horn and I was going for 4, 5 mins before i stopped and finished with my shower. The feeling was great but the Ponr was slow to build.
                      Think you just need to stick with the usual. RK, Stretches, Massages, Core work (Hollow body)/Quad stretches, Edging. This literally is like a boot camp on increasing stamina and gaining awareness and control.

                        Sometimes my buttchecks twitching while sitting or laying in the bed. This happens about 1-2 times per day. And it last for 2-5 second. I dont know does this mean anything in term of PE.

                              Today first time for almost 1 year i stretchs my IT band. After that have some sex thought/imagination while laying in bed but my penis did not spike up to erection like before. Am i in to something? Is this the part that i have been missing. Today was also the first time I know how to stretch IT band correctly. Im gonna continue this stretch tommorrow and lets see what happen.

                                I'm not sure about a connection between IT band tightness and preE, but I am wondering what IT band stretch you use. I lay on my side with a foam roller between the outside of my leg and the floor. I roll up and down the foam roller from my knee to my hip. I found the stretch on YouTube - and it finally fixed my issue after struggling with it for a couple years.
