    Hello everyone,

    I've decided to start a log to keep myself motivated and stop the bullshit, this year I want to overcome my PreE problem and quit porn forever.

    As most of you guys here, I've been masturbating at the speed of light when I was younger and it has gotten to a point where if I watch some porn and I just touch my penis I get very strong IKs that will make me cum, I always kegel hard to feel my EQ higher and to get to orgasm asap. I don't even want to think how fast I'd cum if I were to have some girls ass in my face, I have to learn how to control my arousal.

    At first, I stumbled upon kegels, everyone said they will help lasting longer so all I did was kegels to the point where I'm using them to cum faster, not stop cumming. I think this means my pelvic floor is tight, so I was thinking of doing only RKs for a while, is this a good idea?

    I will follow ByggD's guide and hopefully I'm gonna change for the better until I have sex, I'm determined to get back into the dating game as confident as possible.

    My plan right now is:

    - edging daily (if possible) using byggd's instructions
    - doing core workouts (athleanX's ab workouts)
    - stretching
    - RKs only for a while, I can hold a normal kegel for a loooong time while I can't do RKs that well, only if I'm lying down, if I'm standing it feels hard to do them
    - quit porn

    I'll keep updating this with my progress, I'm motivated af, no more playing around. Please share any ideas or if you think I'm doing something wrong, thank you!

    Some do advocate stopping all kegels and just going RK to balance out the floor.

    I did not stop all kegels, but I did double the rK, once I got the hang of it.

      ^I read your post and thought that's a really good idea, so I doubled my RKs and I'll continue like that until I see how it works.

      Okay, so, I wasn't able to edge everyday but when I did edge I tried to focus on the feeling and not go straight for the gold, I still catch myself doing that(thinking how good it feels and straight pounding it to cum) and I stop. Still trying to master the arousal scale and masturbation technique, byggd says to stroke 3-4 times until midshaft and then 2 strokes to the bottom for 2 secs but I feel like this is a slow masturbation, is this how am I supposed to do it?

      I need your help here guys, sometimes when I get very close to the PONR, should I do RKs and stop or should I stop, do a hard kegel and hold it ? If I do a RK I feel like I'm going to cum even if I stop, it's like I'm letting myself go, or does this mean I'm not doing RKs correctly? This really annoys me. Also, after doing the hard kegel my penis is still hard but my "sexual drive" is gone, I don't feel that "horny" sensation anymore so it goes soft. I can get it hard after a few minutes tho, but I can't keep it like that after holding a strong kegel when I'm almost reaching PONR.

        So RKs can only take you so far. You try to RK to keep arousal down during to prevent the tension that leads to the PONR. While edging learn your limits and when you know you can stop without going over. Practice control. Doing the hard kegel stop is not our first goal. That is for after your stamina is increased if you need it.

        The kegel hold is not what you are aiming for but is a handy tool to have. If your chick wants you to keep going and you cant, kegel hold it but then that means your times are off. I used to use the kegel hold a lot but wanted my round 1 to last longer because if i kegel held, i wouldn't be able to finish.

            Days 1-3 edging sessions went good, 20+ mins, however, today, since I didn't let myself go for almost a week I "gave up" after like 12 mins, it felt too good and I was like fuck it since I couldn't stop at the right time. So, starting tomorrow I need to change my masturbation/edging habits.

            First, no more edging without lube.. I'm doing it just with my hand and I heard this ain't good. Second, I'll try less strokes per minute, I'm going fast af from the start, not trying to enjoy the feeling, I'll focus only on that from now on.

            The rest has been going great, made progress on the core workout, RKs sessions have improved, I can now feel it way better. Still didn't watch any porn.

              Okay, some updates. Yesterday, I tried edging using some "soft nudity"( some pictures) and I accidentally came really fast, again, I didn't do what I'm supposed to do and just went at it. When the time came to stop, I just went ahead to see if I can stop it with a full kegel but I didn't kegel at all and I just let myself go. Even though this happened, I didn't beat myself up about it, I learned from it, so, today, I finally started edging using ByGGD's instructions, only slow strokes at first and increasing when I feel I am ready, also doing it in a quiet place and only using imagination, trying to understand my arousal, what I think about when getting close to PONR, etc.

              It went great, I went at it for like 20 mins and I stopped, didn't come close to PONR at all but I did feel good, I didn't just mindlessly stroke. I learned that whenever I feel really good I tend to want to kegel to get to that 9 level of arousal so I kept telling myself to not give in and do that which resulted in me being able to keep stroking and stroking( at a fast pace ) without getting close to PONR, we'll see how it goes from here and how well I do when I get to use audio stimuli and pictures.

              Next, I have been slacking on my RKs routine, starting today I'll try to do them first thing in the morning while making breakfast and at night, before bed.

              Core workouts still going good aaand I did watch porn today BUT only to see how I would react, didn't masturbate. Watched 1 or 2 videos and closed it, didn't get any IKs because I was practicing deep belly breathing and doing RKs while doing so.

              Also, I tried searching for those "hindi squats" but all I see are "hindu" squats, are those the same? Do I need to do them if I regularly go to the gym? I'm pretty experienced, been going to the gym for over 1 year, I do deep squats every week. For "stretching" I do AthleanX's mobility/flexibility drills ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dT4KHtMM-A ) is this enough?

              btw, I noticed I write "I" a loot of times so I hope it ain't such a pain to read my updates, if anyone does.

                Well..Today I edged to porn (shame on me) and I realized it ain't even that great, only makes me want to do the opposite of what I'm training for ( basically looking for the best scene to bust on, not even enjoying the scenes) so from now on I will really give it up, always thinking about this moment and only use it to train using byggd's instructions, since he says that on the second week you do get to look at porn pictures and later on at videos but only after 5-10 mins of doing it to your imagination so you don't get ED, we'll see how it goes.

                I started doing the RKs in the morning/night and it looks like a fine method to stick and not forget to do them.

                  An update after 3 weeks. I haven't been on my purpose the past 2 weeks or so and just last week I realized what a fool I am and how easy time goes by (I was kind of surprised to see that my last post here was THREE weeks ago, felt like a week, max), so by me not doing what I'm supposed to do, it's just wasting valuable time that could be used to cure this problem.

                  Starting last week, I've been edging only to imagination and trying to control everything that is a problem, my problem is mostly very bad masturbation habits which leads me to high arousal levels no matter what, so fixing this will be a huge success. Noticed the following:

                  - Plateau edging, when I start losing that good sensation, I tend to kegel hold and stroke it as fast as I can which gets me close to PONR, even if I can go on forever, this is my trigger point and what I need to work most on, that's why I said my masturbation habits were the biggest problem, I trained myself to kegel hold to cum whenever I want OR stop it. In my teenage years I'd masturbate furiously many times until PONR( which at some point came really fast) and kegel hold it thinking it would help me last longer (how stupid I was..)
                  -I start flexing my glutes, quads sometimes, I'm not 100% relaxed, will try to keep as relaxed as I can
                  - Low libido(low EQ) due to PORN, which I haven't watched since last week, when I really realized that it will only worsen the problem and I'll never be able to satisfy the girls that I want to

                  Regarding APT, I don't think I have it. I lift kind of heavy, been doing it for over 2 years and my core/glutes are pretty strong, I've looked in the mirror and I don't look like someone with APT and tried various tests to see if I have it so this should be a big plus which should motivate me to keep going with the rest.

                  Hopefully this is going to go well, I'll post progress every 1 or 2 weeks.

                    - It took me a while to get this right. There's a delayed response when you stimulate yourself to get hard again and then you find that you've gone too far. You have to only stimulate gently and give your penis a moment to respond.

Being single for almost a year and not wanting anything to do with girls because I don't wanna escalate to sex and be a 2-pump chump makes me sometimes think of how hard I'd fuck an attractive girl I'm seeing(basically viewing them as sex objects, just like you said). My mind is heavily trained on kegeling to have that "very hard" EQ, like, I get strong erections throughout the day but it doesn't feel like it's strong, like I said, due to porn, which makes me kinda "angry" but I started not giving too much attention to it and just edge in this low EQ state until I gain back my powers. I've been to the urologist and I've done every possible test and I'm healthy as I can be, so it's definitely mental.


                      To answer the last question, yes, I'm seeing progress, little by little I stop doing these things, I started deep breathing which seems to really calm me down and I only start kegeling to get myself as hard as I can only after like 10 minutes which is a lot compared to before, when I'd do it after a couple of minutes/strokes.
                      I wanted to update today and say that I've edged and only hard kegeled 2 times in this session, caught myself, started again and then I hard-kegeled again which brought me to PONR. I let myself go, it was like 20 mins in and it's been 3 days. Started catching these moments when I try to hard kegel so it's pretty big. I think the kegel hold is a handy tool just like ACPreE said, hope it works in real-time too.

                        Today I was in the mood to edge, went at it for over 20 minutes and only hard-kegeled at the end, got myself close to PONR and did death-grip until I got "bored" and lost my EQ. I'd say it was a good session, definitely improved from when I would bust it in a few seconds while masturbating. I'll keep it imagination-only until I regain my EQ and then try out with pictures, I tried edging to pictures these days (not porn and not nudity either) and it was the same shit so I just went with my imagination. Before, I would instantly get close to PONR even with soft-nudity pictures.

                          Okay, some updates..

                          -Didn't really have the time or the privacy to edge but I still try to "edge" for like 10 minutes even when I can't, only to get myself used to good sensations without ejaculating.

                          -When I did edge, I've noticed some new things: if I get close to PONR and I stop even for a few seconds, that feeling goes away almost completely, I have to hard kegel and masturbate furiously to get back to PONR, every time I get high arousal, if I stop, it's fine. I need to start working on this and keep a slow pace, I tend to want to go back to my old habits and kegel at the start to feel very good as soon as possible. Still flexing my glutes and some muscles mostly because of not kegeling so flexing my muscles feels kind of like a kegel which makes me think that I have a higher EQ (in my mind). Another thing to be worked on, staying relaxed all the time, which is kinda hard because I don't feel that hard-rock EQ when I'm like that.

                          Also, I feel like the kegel hold would be a good addition in sex, if I stop and kegel hold it for a few seconds I can go at it again, it's just that, when edging, my libido goes away due to it being kinda like a dry orgasm which makes me "bored" and not wanting to continue, maybe being with a girl would change this, I don't really know. I remember @ACPreE saying something similar(not being able to finish after kegel-holding), if you're gonna read this, can you tell me how you've used the kegel hold during sex? Do you still go on but hold it or do you stop entirely and hold it?

                            Edged for 20 mins. Only hard-kegeled one time and I stopped myself, went at it again, stopped after 20 mins. Didn’t cum, it has been some days since I did let myself go so I take this as a very good session, considering I didn’t have the feel to bust asap after not doing so for a long time. I started only thinking about enjoying the feeling and breathing like everything’s normal.
