I assess human conditions and their treatments for my job and have a great interest in traditional medicines and herbal sourced drugs, like Kratom. Traditional medicines often have amazing qualities and efficacy, which is why they have been used for so long. BUT, the problem comes when companies hop on a fad and sell products "containing" the popular substance. These products are not regulated, so batches are not subject to rigorous testing, if tested at all. When we run samples of commercialized herbal drugs in an analytical chemistry lab, the results are all over the place. Most products have widely varying amounts of the active ingredient in them, some products do not even contain the product and most have other ingredients that may, or may not be useful or healthy. Worse yet, some contain harmful ingredients. To add to the problem, many of these products have different strengths than the label indicates and can even vary from pill to pill in the same bottle. This is partly due to variances in concentration of the drug from plant to plant, which part of the plant is processed and when the plant was harvested (shelf-life and ripeness).

So, if you survived reading this far: The bottom line is that Kratom could be quite useful if processed correctly, dosed correctly and used for applicable conditions. If you want to try it, be damn sure it's from a reputable source that tests batches and clearly labels packaging. Be certain you are not taking another substance that is known to have adverse interactions with Kratom (there are several) and make sure you don't have another condition that is complicated by Kratom use (there are several). Also be aware that Kratom is a controlled substance in some jurisdictions.

Also talk to your physician before you start taking anything new. Especially if you're on prescribed meds such as blood pressure, blood thinners, or any heart related meds. I have friends that messed themselves up for a few days experimenting with these fad herbal remedies before consulting a doctor.

Kratom does actually work for a temporary relief from Pre-E. I do agree with Peg about putting in the work still with PE ( penis exercising ). In the long run the PE outweighs anything that herbal supplements can provide.

Also it's true , ( Kratom ) is readily available at lots of places here in the U.S. , but to much of anything can have adverse effects whether or not it's all natural.

Some people here in the U.S. love the whole medical marijuana phenomenon but you still have lots of Americans who say the whole medical marijuana ( CBD ) business is of the DEVIL 🤣😅

CBD has helped me tremendously with anxiety and stress, plus they have hemp flower which has really low THC concentrations and it works great, literally no paranoia.

Interesting that they're there though.. same with cannabinoid receptors.. In essence one should avoid Substance abuse. That's my take on it

I always wonder when there are varying ways to cure a problem why do we always seem to choose the one that involves drugs and not natural ways?Is it just easier? Remember no matter what you call them herbs are drugs.

So are SSRI's, but im sure a lot of desperate men have been put on those by their doctor for PE (also they fu**ing suck at fixing it) where as kratom actually works amazing. Its nice to have something there, you dont need to abuse kratom, use low dose and safely to last a long time in bed, its a godsend.

It's fast, easy and it works. Same reason why penis enlargement pills sell so well, minus the working part.

I don`t think it directly works on erections and EQ etc. I never noticed that.
It just relaxes the mind and body and probably avoids having the thoughts and mindstate that leads to pre-E.

That was the most interesting part to me, no big side effects during and after compared to its rather strong impact.
All I got is thirst and constipation(sometimes). It has no bad come down or hangover like most drugs, I would compare it more to drinking coffee or a really strong black tea.
But there are people who get dizzy, headaches or get problems with eye coordination. I was on a german forum when I used where a lot of people had some minor issues.. I think most times the effect of a small dose was gone after ~3 hours.
Then again I only used small doses and not for long stretches.

"A leaf of Faith" is a really interesting doc, it follows people who got serious problems alleviated through it.
Also discusses a death where Kratom was involved along with other drugs.
Its on prime video and netflix.

There are videos for just about every herb that someone wants to sell. I'm just a bit old fashioned and would rather try to fix it by not needing any drug. Hey drugs are needed but not really for what we're talking about, at least for me.

Of course and I agree with the premise. Its just an interesting documentary with no relation to Pre-E It basically focuses on people who came off pain med dependence or hard drugs.
US gov FDA then tried to ban it and people who are clearly better off than before lobby until they drop the ban which is rather remarkable.
