    Day 35 (Day before yesterday)

    PF Stretching

    Hindi squat : 5min x 4 = 20min
    Child pose : 10min x 3 = 30min
    Frog pose : 5min x 3 = 15min
    Pigeon pose : x
    Happy Baby pose : 5min x 2 = 10min
    ---------------------------------
    Total PF stretching : 1 hour 15min (with deep breathing plus RK)
    ---------------------------------

    Stretches : Did all. Skipped a few.

    Tennis Ball Sitting : x

    Exercise : Did ABS workout. Went fine.

    RK : 50 full RKs and 50 front & 50 back RKs (only 2 sec hold each).

    All Day RK : No long holds. Did just short RKs all day. Pushed RKs quite comfortably. A bit surprised!

    : Couldn't edge.

      Exercise : Did Glutes and lower body workout. Felt good.

      RK : 50 full RKs and 50 front & 50 back RKs (only 2 sec hold each).

      All Day RK : No long holds. Did just short RKs all day. Sometimes comfortably pushed RKs, Sometimes felt tough.

      : Couldn't edge.

        Exercise : Did ABS and upper body workout. Quite satisfying.

        Cardio : Did cardio after almost 3 weeks. Feeling nice.

        RK : 50 full RKs and 50 front & 50 back RKs (only 2 sec hold each).

        All Day RK : Did all day quite religiously. Also tried to do long holds unsuccessfully. Sometimes did with core bracing. Sometimes did without. Overall today's endeavour has been most genuine so far. Though not successful, I'm clear to my conscience.

I use Child Pose and not the Table-Chair prop. I can say that I get that exact feeling of 'PF expanding like balloon'.

          I expand that balloon till it can't expand any more.

          I've been doing this for the last 15-20 days. But I do this for 10-20min. Here TeoDeles' advice is important. I think I need to do that several times a day.

          Hi forthebest you can use that Child Pose with deep/Victorious breathing RK to check if you get that similar effect.

          There is something else. Breathing RK can definitely relax PF but probably is not enough to put an overly tight PF (like mine) into permanent relaxation.

          Another thing. During edging or sex you can't use breathing RK at the moment of emergency. You need that raw RK power to thwart any eventuality. And that powerful RK must not depend on breathing or abs to be initiated. That must be instant and impromptu.

          I am in search of that kind of raw RK. I'm sure in your heart you are in the same boat too.

          No problem, I know when i started reading on the forum, i would only look at the PreP part so sometimes good advice comes from elsewhere on the site.

          Well when i do the victorious breath i have the impression that the air goes straight to my PF but also that my abs tighten a little bit so it's not really possible to do this as how TeoDeles explained it you have to be really relaxed and ass your ass hangs down your back is slightly arched and so it's hard to breathe in the back of your throat.

          When i'm doing child and baby pose and even reverse buttlefly and the other stretches their is always a part of my body which is a little tensed like in baby pose i'm holding onto my feet so the arms are tensed, in hindi squat i'm tensing a little to stay in the position etc... so i don't get the same sensation as the way TeoDeles explained...

          For the raw power i agree, on the forum they say you have to have the pf, abs etc relaxed doing the Rks, but to do them i need to at least put a little pression like holding my abs in place to make the air go to the PF...

          We will just have to keep on at it...

                I'm back in the mood.

                I was a bit depressed after my lacklustre progress in the first 30 days. So for the past week I felt dull and sad though I continued with my routine consistently. Moreover, losing my privacy further added to my frustration because I had to drop edging. I felt lost and clueless.

                But just yesterday I got some ideas. Ideas to work on my issue. Ideas always give me hope and motivation. So I'm upbeat again.

                Day 39


                PF Stretching

                Hindi squat : 5min x 6 = 30min
                Child pose : 10min x 3 = 30min
                Frog pose : 5min x 3 = 15min
                Pigeon pose : 5min x 1 = 5min
                Happy Baby pose : 5min x 3 = 15min
                ---------------------------------
                Total PF stretching : 95min (with deep breathing plus RK)
                ---------------------------------

                I think 100min is a sweet spot. I should remain close to it regarding PF stretching.

                Stretches : Did all. From Ant. Tib. to QL.

                Tennis Ball Sitting : x

                Exercise : Did ABS and upper body workout. Went fine.

                Cardio : Did for 30min.

                RK : 100 full RKs and 100 front & 100 back RKs (only 2 sec hold each).

                All Day RK : Tried. Not bad.


                Edging
                : Edged for total 30min. Two sessions of 15min each during morning and evening shower. Did nothing much. Just did 100 Erect RKs under varying states of stimulation. This RK style seems quite promising. I'd love call it Active RK. I think it may address the IK problem in future. Before spelling out this in detail I need to try it for some days first. Well... finally I didn't ejaculate.

                  : Edged for 10min (one shower session). Did Active RKs only and nothing else. Rubbed only glans and frenulum. Hard erection. Hard rub. Hard RK. Up to 50 RKs it was somewhat manageable. After that the sensation was just unbearable and it was next to impossible to push RK. After 54th RK came PONR. A stubborn one. Won't go no matter what. After 59th I just gave up. Time to finish showering!

                  And finally I didn't ejaculate.

                  What about IKs? Well they were there very much. Every moment of it. But I didn't care this time. Just RK-ed away.

                  Moral of this shower edging? My RK loses its edge just when the edge comes.

                          Real sex will have to wait till I return home in January 2021. At present I'm far away from my home town and my GF thanks to job assignment.

                          Fleshlight is something I would love to implement in my routine.
