Guys, I've been been trying to fix my premature ejaculation every since I became sexually active. And nothing is working. It's making me desperate and depressed. I'd like to pick your brains to see if I missed any techniques that I can try.
Here's a small summary of the things that I've tried.
Now I have no idea anymore what to do or try. I want to try everything there is before resorting to desensitizing the most sensitive part of my manhood with a soldering iron. (Joking, sort of...)
Please, any advise is so very welcome!

- Desensitizing sprays: I can have good luck with these, but it's no guarantee. And I don't like being dependent on those at all.
- I've tried front kegels every day for half a year. The muscles are strong enough to achieve a retrograde ejaculation, but that doesn't solve the issue. The second orgasm is just as quick. And by the third my erections starts to fail. These kegels only made PE much worse. In hindsight, this is reported on this forum to be a common issue.
- After that I started doing reverse kegels every day since two years ago. They were difficult at first, but slowly and steadily I made clear progress. They're very easy to do for me now. I do them while sitting at my desk, when walking, driving my car, etc. But they have given me no relief from PE.
- Squats / hindi squats, planking, bridges and other core exercises daily since three months. Too early to tell maybe.
- General physical exercise: Been doing these all my life. I look really fit. Very happy with my muscular body. Cardio could be better though.
- Eating healthy: Again doing that all my life, give or take the occasional cheat-meal. No PE relief.
- Alcohol used to be a good option. I drink very little, so with a few drinks I could last a good time. But that stopped working. Right now, even getting wasted doesn't prolong it anymore.
- Start/stop technique: Doesn't work. I can have sex for a few minutes, then stop when I feel an orgasm approaching, start again and cum immediately. It's like my junk saves my progress and just continues where it left off.
- Squeezing technique: Doesn't work for me. Even if I squeeze hard enough to induce severe pain.
- Supplementing magnesium. I have ADHD and I was advised that most of us suffer from very low magnesium. Low magnesium also tends to worsen PE. Therefore I've been supplementing it in various forms for a few years now. No noticeable PE relief.
- Supplementing with zink, selenium, piracetam, noopept, fasoracetam, boron, all vitamins under the sun, chrysin, creatine, iodine, agmatine, DHEA, and what not. Made some very expensive pee.
- Edging without orgasm & edging with orgasm: OMG both these made PE so much worse, I quit that immediately. Much regret!
- Dapoxetine: Although I hate using pills for something that I should be able to do by myself. And I hate being dependent on pills. But in my desperation I tried dapoxetine 60mg. Hallelujah, it worked like a miracle. I had sex and I had full control. I fully enjoyed that so much! This is how it's supposed to be. It also gave me a headache, but that was a tiny price to pay for such a solution. But it worked only that one time! All other times I tried after that it only gave me a headache. Any advise on this? What does it mean that it worked only once? I feel like answering that question may hold the key to knowing what's wrong with me. And thus pointing me to the right direction for a real solution.
- Paroxetine, basically it's the same thing as above. And I tried it after dapoxetine stopped working. Similarly, paroxetine only gave me the headache.
- Sildenafil & Tadalafil: Don't need them for what they're intended for. But I saw guys mention that they delay their ejaculation. Some can't even ejaculate while on these, so I thought I would try. No effect on PE.
- NOFAP? Nope, I never fap, I have a very understanding and loving wife. And no, I don't watch porn either. Maybe I should for desensitizing purposes? I'm just not into it.
- IC muscle training. I hoped it would do something to relieve my premature ejaculation. It did work wonders for erection quality! I was already happy with the quality, but after only a few weeks of training the IC I'm noticeably harder. And spontaneous erections and morning wood are much more frequent. Definitely can recommend for EQ!
- Meditation, I read somewhere it was supposed to work. Admitted, I was very skeptical about this, so maybe I sabotaged my attempts myself.
- Wim Hof breathing exercises: These are great! Clears my head like nothing else. But nothing yet to alleviate PE.
- Cold showers, swimming in icy water: Lovely, but again, does nothing for PE.
- Osteopath: I visited one for my bad back. She told me that I have a lot of tension and/or stress everywhere in my body. The tense muscles pull and hurt my back. She could feel that my pelvic floor is also full of tension. "It's impossible that you do not have sexual problems. Am I correct?" she said. That was spot on. She applied all kinds of techniques that were extremely relaxing. Later that day I had sex with my wife. Again I had full control. It was amazing, just like with the dapoxetine! And without pills, alcohol or any external help. All credits went to the osteopath. Later that week I had sex again and some of the control was still there, but less then the previous experience. So I repeated my visit to the osteopath, but the control never came back again. Even after repeated treatments.
