    id be also interested in natural desentization of glans... recently i have a hunch that the difference between PE suffereres and non-suferrers is basically genetic difference in penis glans sensitivity... in other words contrary to general believe on PEGym pelvic floor and kegels are not the central cause of PE but rather the glans nerve density and the accompanying brain regions that respond to nerve stimulation...

    its just a theory but it would explain a lot...

      hmmm i once experimented with something like this. I'm uncut so what i would do is use a piece of cloth and rub on my head, it has a weird feeeling when doing this but you can do it everyday for at least 5 minutes. Went from 20+ mins to around 50+ mins

        1) did you experience loss of EQ (erection quality) coupled with the desentization ?
        2) would you describe the desentization as permanent ?

          Alrighty then where shall i start? Well i'm uncut and i never usually lasted quite long maybe 7 mins max in the beginning. Then i looked up on ways to last a tad bit longer, then i stumbled onto various forums discussing ways to last longer. One in particular caught my eyes was one about rubbing the head with cloth however it was for cut guys. However i told myself that maybe i can take this method and adjust it in a way that it works for an uncut guy. So when i went to bathe i took the rag and moderately rub it across my head in a circular manner. Trust me when i say this if your uncut its not gonna be a pleasant feeling, when doing this you may want to quit because of the intense sensation. After doing this religiously for 5 mins a day i started to notice that at sex i was lasting longer than before. So i just keep on doing it, maybe not everyday but more like three times per week.

          Did i experience loss of eq??? No i was at the same erection level as always which is an 8, when super excited i'd be hard as a rock.

          Is the desensitization permanent?? Hmm i will respond by saying i'm not quite sure since i did it everyday and wasn't really testing to see if the mild reduction of sensations would be permanent or temporary. I just wanted an exercise that would mildly desensitize my head and make me last longer, but still not make my penis a numb piece of flesh. Once i noticed that it worked i just kept on doing it

            wow that sounds like something i want to try for sure... iam glad you joined the discussion...

            so if i read it right you went from 7 mins to 20 mins to 50 mins only using "cloth rubbing" on your glans ? is that right !

            or did you try the ubiquitous reverse kegels and edging...

            if its only cloth rubbing thats insane... everyone is warning against EQ and enjoyment of sex when desentisizing...

            for me the original "deathgrip" sounds like a bit of unnecessary torturing of my flesh - if i rememeber JamesMonroe it involved some twisting and squeezing of glans (resembled BDSM to me)... but using a cloth to gradually desentisize glans sounds more like some old ancient asian technique handed down from father to son (like something from Kamasutra or Yogic sutras) LOL

            iam also uncut and i know how it feels to rub glans against a cloth or some textile material... it feels like the worst tickling torture... its not pain in a typical sense... its more like super uncomfortable and unbarable tingling...

            but it makes sense that if you would do this several times a week, your brain would slowly adjust the sensitivity saying something like "all right whatever is happening out there its really uncomfortable and its not going to stop so i better rise the pain threshold a notch"

              I don't practice edging or reverse kegels, i always figured that me lasting for under 10 minutes was mainly due to my head being sensitive. Know in the beginning when just starting out with the cloth rubbing method i didn't just go from 7 minutes to 15 automatically. I went up in slow intervals, week one i could go 7 mins, week two i could do 9 mins and so on and so on. Now at first as i mentioned it has quite a bit of an unpleasant feeling to it that makes you not want to do it anymore. But like 2 weeks into it and you will get used to it maybe earlier or later than i did. After doing this for like 2 weeks i could easily quite relax myself and continue on with my training with ease. When i reached to a stage where i lasted 20+ mins i kinda slowed down with this practice and did it minimally. However since i got so use to the darn thing i just kept on doing them at my regular pace. Yes you are right when you say that doing it for so long my brain just adapted to this new but weird sensation.

              I'm 21 years old but i don't think there is an age difference for enjoyment of sex, what man do you know isn't excited at the thought of having sex???

              The death grip method sounds pretty painful to me but i saw guys who swear by it so....
              And remember that this cloth rubbing method wasn't for us uncut guys but for the cut ones, so i don't know if it works in the same manner as how it worked for guys who are cut. If you are going to try it don't do 5 mins for the first time, but try to get over the sensation for as long as possible, then try to go over your previous time limit. Also you don't have to stop at 5, you can go as long as you like, its just that i'm super busy with hanging and learning keyboard and stuff

                great any specifics about the technique ? do i just grab some cotton cloth like a kitchen dish towel and get my penis erect and i use two hands to pull the linen over the top of my glans left to right and back ?

                are you sure this had no effect on EQ (erection quality) during sex... my biggest concern is desentizing my glans to the point that i wont enjoy sex and go limp or flaccid after few minutes in vagina feeling nothing... there is a general notion that "desentisizing" is not recomended... but why ? if it has no effect on EQ or enjoyment of sex why wouldnt i trade a bit of pleasure for lasting longer...

                  Well your peen doesn't have to be hard because i have even done them flaccid as well. What you do to start is just hold your peen and use your other hand with the cloth to rub your head in a circular fashion, not too rough but also not too gentle, as i would like to say do it moderately. At first the sensation will feel overwhelming, you can stop and rest for a few seconds and then do the technique again. In the first few weeks your body will squirm and you will try to resist doing the technique but after practicing for quite a while and learning to relax when doing them you will no longer have these squirmish reactions when doing them and they will feel mildly pleasurable.

                  It didn't have any effect on my eq that's for sure and i also didn't see any other guys complaining about loss of eq either. I can't tell you why desensitizing is so looked down upon either, and you don't have anything to worry about when doing the exercises amigo, its not like your sensitivity is gonna go down from 100% to 40% and stay that way permanently. Remember i am not advocating this as the do all number one cure for pe, i just offer my help to guys that want to try something new, it may work for you or it may not work. One thing that i will say is that if you want to include kegels and reverse kegels when doing this exercise then that's a good idea. I never had a pelvic floor imbalance and i watch porn very rarely.                     ok starting tomorrow could you give me a perspective how long you were doing it and how much yoour time prolonged... was it like 4 weeks or 4 months... i guess you said you went from 7 mins at the begining to 20 mins and than 50 mins... in what time frame roughly ? thanks

                      I started way back like from i was 20 and was reading about peen enlargement from torrented PDFs lol. Lets say it the month is January now, i started at February since i was new to pe and wanted as much info that would benefit me. I started on a Sunday and just did it every single day of the week. The time frames???                         This is very interesting. I wish i could find where you learned this for cut guys ( i myself am). Im kind of confused on the technique. Rubbing the head in circular motion... front? back? whole thing? like is the towel covering the whole penis, but hand is rubbing head only. i really want to try this.

                          I must say that I think head sensitivity plays a big part in pre e for myself. I have just had an edging session using lube and only stroking my shaft - avoiding the head completely. I was able to go as long as I liked this way! at times I changed a little to include the head and the urge to ejaculate came on quite quickly... So I went back to only stroking the shaft and the urge went away and I again felt like I could go for as long as I wanted. What do you guys think of this? has anyone else noticed the same?

                            reminding this is all very experimental and looked down upon by majority of PEGym senior members... the concern is mostly about:

                            1) possible EQ (erection quality) drop due to desentization of glans
                            2) possible loss of pleasure during intercourse due to desentization of glans
                            3) possible impotence (disinterest in sex and erection difficulty) due to lack of pleasure from sex

                            this should be said but also its important to point out:

                            1) in USA according to WHO circumcision prevalence is between 76%-92% - all these males are rubbing their unprotected glans over their underpants for their entire life and although there are problematic cases reported here and there, the majority of US males can enjoy sex like everybody else...

                            2) the practice of edging and more specifically balooning is a form of desentization in its own right... it only takes much much longer for the effect to compound... ballooning specifically is rubbing of sensitive spot - ussually head of penis or frenulum (glans underside)...

                              i have another proposition before anyone jumps on the desentization routine... try a desentisizing spray... spraying your glans with a desentisizing spray is like a "demo version" of very desentisized glans... i dont propose to use sprays regulary, just to test-drive the feelings you may expect when your glans is desentisized... without obligations, you can decide if desentisized penis is ok for you and you could live with less sensitivity or if its a total buzz kill and any loss of sensitivity ruins sex for you right away...

                              1) desentization sprays use completely legal and non-hazardous local anesthetic benzocaine or lidocaine which is used daily in dentists to numb your teeth nerves and in surgery ambulances to perform minor local surgeries all around the world… its tested and non-hazardous... benzocaine is more prevalent in over the counter products while lidocaine is used more in professional applications (dentists, hospitals, surgery, ambulances)... the effect of these anesthetics wither over 1-2 hours... its harmless and only a temporary desentization... the fact that professional anesthetics last longer is due to injection application directly close to nerves and also due to mixture with other chemicals like ephineprine that greatly prolongs the benzocaine/lidocaine effect in hospital settings…

                              2) some people may be more sensitive to lidocaine or benzocaine so you can try both and decide which is better in your case… i think lidocaine can be more powerfull than benzocaine in same amounts so be carefull with the dosage switching between lidocaine and benzocaine sprays...

                              3) with typical prolonging sprays you should use condom and be VERY CAREFULL when putting condom on so that the anesthetic doesnt rub off onto your partners vagina... that would desentisize her too and you could be plowing her pussy for hours and she wont feel anything... only your penis must be desentisized, her vagina must remain intact by any anesthetic... so the best bet is lidocaine/benzocaine spray and than carefully cover with condom making sure you dont rub your fingers anywhere...

                                Thanks man. I tried the first example, feeling the most out of it. i noticed i have trouble getting hard for it and also staying hard. Just did it flaccid. it does tickle a lot... am i going to soft or is that normal and try to fight through it?
