    Hey guys, I'm really really confused at the moment. I've been suffering from P.E. for some years, and I'm only 20. I've only had sex 2 times, and both of them I've lasted a really short time. When I masturbated, I also head to the PONR soon, aroun 1-2 min maybe. About a month ago, I started with kegels, have been doing them since then and I already feel it strong; lately I've been using the tecnique to flex the pc muscle when I'm near the PONR, and I was able to have multipleorgasm during the same session, but every time I continued after the orgasm, the PONR was achieved fast, and with a partner it would be really tedious to stop, wait till i have the orgasm, and then start again.

    A few days ago I discovered reversed kegels, and I did some today for the first time. Reading some posts from JamesMonroe today he said that with reverse kegels he beated the PE, and that he always always kept weak RK while he was having sex. I tried this today while masturbating, and I lasted 15 mins! At first I felt like I was reaching the PONR, but then did a harder RK, and then I could just stay in that exciment level. I also could've stayed more, but I decided to stop because I couldn't believe it. I even had to keep a kegel for around 1 min in order to reach the PONR. The only negative thing I noticed was that my erection wasn't full.
    Does this mean I don't suffer from P.E, and that I was reaching the PONR really fast was because my pc muscle flexed automatically?

    I'm kinda shocked right now, I'd appreciate your opinions and also what should I do about kegels and rk. I know this was only today, but I'm really excited. I'll try again in some days. Thanks to all.

    When it will be hard to maintain an erection trying to hold a kegel because you are in the act of muscular exercise. I have never heard of anyone doing serious exercise and maintaining an erection outside of sex or having to look at porn (which I wish were not the case).

      Hey new dude, i dont know if i understood you, since english isnt ny primary language and idk i im following you. I will answer what i understood. I didn have trouble mantaining the erection, but in the all session i was like at 70% or 80%. when i did the kegel it went full though. Also i wasnt doing like the exercises, i just loose my pc muscle a lil bit, like an rk if im not mistaken, and that way i could las that long. I didnt watch porn neither. Thanks for replying!

        That is normal because when you do the kegel because it is an actual exercise blood with automatically go to that area, i.e more blood to the penis. Like when you kegel on a full erection and you can feel the extra pressure on the shaft. So you have the blood to the penis from 1. the stimulation and 2. from the kegel.

          You seem to be going along remarkably well zun . You seem to have a natural ability with k/rk.

          You are using several techniques with some success but lirrle understanding . How you use kegels and rk depends on your goals ,
          I suggest you join male multi orgasm group.

            Great Job.... keep it up. Keep edging and ballooning and do more reverse kegel exercises than regular kegels. Some people like me have to stop regular kegels for a while... then they can start regular kegels again later. Eating right and penis exercises like jelqs, ulis and horse squeezes(not for beginers) helps with erection strengh and so do regular kegels, but you have to remember to do more reverse kegels than regular kegels. Dont worry so much about what happens by yourself or when you happen to sleep with a girl once or twice..... The real test/practice/truth comes when you have a regular sex partner that you can train with OFTEN. Don't get ahead of yourself and have lots of patience. remember... DO NOT masturbate to porn and ALWAYS use lube!!!!!

              BTW... dont ever do hard/long reverse kegels/reverse kegels while penetrating in and out or stroking your penis. you should stop penetration/exit vagina.... perform the strong/LONG rev or reg kegel, wait a few seconds, then begin again slowly.....
              during masturbation at the PONR and the strong rev kegel you should swith to ballooning(bubbing your most sensitive spot on your penis with your thumb in circles) to continue the stimulation without having to stop stimulation completely then continue stroking when ready.
              Yes I hold a light reverse kegel the whole time during sex and do hard long ones at PONR or when I'm about to ejaculate. it stops ejaculation every time. Others like to do regular kegels, but I feel that actually induces ejaculation. I will have to try DO/MMO someday with regular kegels, but for now, reverse kegels are a sure thing.

                Thanks James. Well I'll continue with kegels and rk, but I'm gonna reduce the amount of normal kegels. I was doing around 400 reps, and 5 1min hold kegels. I'm gonna switch to 200 kegels, and will try to keep the long kegels for 3-5 reps. I'll definitly add rk's, maybe like 3 sets of 30 for the moment, and progress gradually. I'm not making any Penis enlargement routine atm, but would like to in some time. Yeah, porn f*cked me up, I'm trying to get rid of it, and I can't really buy a lube since I leave with my parents and that would be akward, but I can use olive oil though.

                There are a lot of things I want to learn, would like if you can give me some important links. I only know about kegels/rk's atm, and edging is stopping and then go right? Dunno got a lot to learn and obviously my main goal is to become a really good sex mate.

                    I'm feeling at nights that I'm making involuntary kegels. Yesterday, I was having these, and tried to mantain a rk to stop them. Eventually I slept again, but I had a wet dream. I was just watching this girl's leg and ass in the dream and BOOM I ejaculated. This has happened before, before I even penetrate i ejaculate in the dreams. Which makes me think my psychological part is also affected, mostly from watching porn through all these years I think.

                      So, I just tried edging today with the rk technique. I tried now different positions, but now I did felt the PONR soon Damn, I thought I had it and now this happens.. I have a long road to go for what it seems. I'm really dissapointed and sad :'(

                            Pegasus will probably tell you the same thing he told me. You need balance. Doing only RKs is only a temporary solution. Mainly stick to RKs but incorporate some Ks still too. like 70-30 or even 80-20. Bottomline you should probably be able to control both muscles ideally, without spasms that lead you to PONR.

                              Wilson gets a rep point.

                              Using rk within sex is usually done well back from ponr to control arousal level.
                              In regard to an out of sex training routine, I believe in a high rk % but to include some deliberate kegels.
