Would anyone dare to point out which muscles this stretch target?

Is it front pelvic floor muscles? Or are those closer to anus?

I think that you will feel sore only if the exact muscles affected by this stretch are indeed tense. I really dont know which are those muscles, but if you have those already relaxed and dealt with, maybe thats why you dont feel it.
I have a lot of involuntary kegels that have given me PE and some ED/EQ anxiety. So I'm trying to get less tense, as my muscles must be too tight

I must need to do it longer since those muscles are so tight?

Ive read someone say this stretch helped them regain "feeling" in their penis, after having it be numb for quite some time. This is an issue im dealing with, and i ahve been trying this excersize with mixed results.

the first time i did it for longer then a few minutes i went like 10 min and the next day i never experienced soreness although i did get hard flaccid for the first time ever, which was quite scary. however the next day that was gone and it was fuller and bigger then it has been regularely in a long time.

my issue seems to be with unable to relax the bc muscle hardly at all, and i also have excessively tight pelvic/weak at the same time pelvic floor in general.

i cant tell if this is helping or not , but one thing i noticed is to get the stretch to be most effective you have to have your back fully straight as well as your under ab muscles all partially contracted, meaning a stiff stomach. if no muscles on stomach are activated it doesnt work well.

can anyone comment on whether this stretch is good for releasing a overly tense bc muscle? i feel like it is but i cant tell.

Some of the guys active at the moment with ed type issues could benefit from looking at MarcusHa's body of work.

Many guys used this as part of their training.

I could never get this to work. It sounds pretty self explanatory, but must always been doing something wrong.

Me neither. I was doing it right before bed and accidentally fell asleep woke up and I didn't feel a thing.

Did it today. Very relaxing. But I need to put 3 pillows to feel the relaxing effect.

so you take rest days every 2/3 days? So in other words this should only be done 2-4 times a week?

While it is possible to have overstretch issues if you are too aggressive that is not normally an issue with this exercise .
