What does mean PIs and EQ. I don't feel any pain when I do Edging. I do edging in 7 or 10 days. I know it is less. I do edging by mastubrating slowly, I stop when semen is about to come, I start again. I do it for 30 minutes and then orgasm. I use coconut oil on the pennis. Plz advice my if needed on this.

I don't do kegel exercises during urination. I just check there about my progress whether I am doing properly or not and there is some progress or not.

Go to the first page of this topic, Press Ctrl+F and type PIs, after that do the same for EQ.

To simplify it, you should edge as frequently as you masturbate, in fact you should stop mastubating and just edge.

I am not sure I understand the significance of oil, but use of lubrication or not is up to the preference, you should try both and see which makes you ejaculate faster and focus on that. Your grip should not be too light but not too tight also.

Also just doing kegels will not help you as much, you should create a pelvic floor routine so that you can strengthen and balance your pelvic floor. Also reading the first and second post of this topic will give you more insight.

          Hi MM,

please let me know, are root lock and reverse root locks only for DO/MMO, or do they have impact on pre ej?
Most of the threads mention only normal (front) kegel and reverse kegel.

Is MMO a DO where you can continue thrusting?
Is there any thread how to get erect as soon as possible after first ejaculation?

          Thank you and kind regards.

For the root locks and rrl depends on what theory you decide to follow. There is one that states that for premature ejaculation kegels and reverse kegels are enough, and then there is that all four are important. I personally am for the second one. But since both "schools of thought" have had more or less equal success it is up to the individual.

The thing is however that many people who do kegels and reverse kegel are still doing root lock and reverse root locks within those exercises so it boils down to four-way balance anyway.

MMO is a term that means Male Multi Orgasmic, meaning that you can have multiple orgasms (not multiple ejaculations), it is mostly done by preforming DOs whenever you get then need to ejaculate during one session. While beginners find it hard to actually thurst and have a DO most of them do it stationary, in time they control gets better so they can thurst while having a DO.

I am not sure there is a thread on how to get erect as soon as possible after the first ejaculation. Age and well conditioned pelvic floor might contribute to that.

Minuteman, I have been closely reading your post on Arousal Techniques and working slowly on following and arrived on section Step 7. Read and Understand Stimulation.

Any tips or hints on how to control or reduce the pre-cum would be helpful in my quest to manage my PE.

Unlike many, both in the past when I was in my youth and now in my late 40's I never really get an erection when I get aroused with reading erotic stories and or watching porn, what has happened always is I would begin to get wet.I have been trying to overcome my PE for a quite a while, I have tried working with Kegals and most recently started practicing reverse kegals which I think in my case seem to be making a difference more then the normal kegals. My problem is not so much the erection but more with too much pre-cum flow due to getting aroused. This flow is leading to making the head of my penis extra sensitive and thereby reaching the PONR within seconds of intercourse. I have found that by doing reverse kegals it helps with stopping the flow of pre-cum and takes away the sensitivity for a few seconds but doesn't help at the stage I am at.

In my youth I did not date any girls until when I was in my mid 20's and only had a couple of GF's and we never went all the way, used to only kiss, cuddle and the caress without touching any of the more sensitive areas for both of us. At the time I always ended up wetting my pants.

It seems this is what has been the cause of my PE. When I am getting aroused my brain is telling my prostrate gland to begin secreting the seminal fluid which under normal circumstance it would do this prior to the ejaculation. In my particular case this has been my problem of PE due to causing over sensitivity.

I have often wondered to try out the desensitizing creams but held back for their disadvantages and recently I was thinking of trying out the new Durex condoms which are impregnated with inside with the desensitizing liquid. I have learned that many have found these beneficial to overcome PE.

I think that your high quantities of precum is more of an symptom than the cause (I think i said that right). The thing that attests to it is the fact that when you do reverse kegels the precum decreases. It might be that your pelvic floor is severely unbalanced.

So my suggestion is two things:

Either switch to reverse-kegel ONLY routine for a few months and observe the results.

Or start he Pelvic Floor routine which I mentioned in the FAQ. Here is an successful execution of that routine.

So it is up to you, while the first one might be easier, in the long run the second option might benefit you better.

Thanks Minuteman for your quick reply. It never dawned on me that I could have an unbalanced Pelvic Floor therefore I overlooked that section altogether. Now that I think about it I remember some years back being told by a physiotherapist that one of my leg is shorter by 1/2 inch.

I will persevere in trying to get an understanding and for now I will concentrate on the reverse-kegel routines for a few months and will return back.

:While there are many reasons that can cause you to be over-sensitive (hypersensitive), the usual suspect is the light grip one uses while masturbating/edging. If you find that your grip is generally light or that you are masturbating with two fingers only (ok sign) etc you might find it beneficial to gradually increase the strength of your grip trough edging sessions, and also use a full grip. However be careful not to increase the strength too much since excessive grip can cause problems raging from delayed ejaculation to some serious physical injury, so while the technique is called 'The Death Grip' it should not been taken literally. If you notice a drop in erection quality (EQ) you should lighten the grip. For more on this subject go here.

I am not sure since I have never used it. But I think you should test out with your thight hand grip (but no too tight of course) and simply compare it with it.

Thank you Minuteman and other members of this forum, I started coming here a few weeks ago and its great to find a current discussion on premE and ways to combat it!

I've never been able to last super long in bed, but I haven't had problems bringing my wife to climax. She is honest with me the few times she hasn't gotten there, but promises that 99% of the time she reaches climax. She can get there quickly, sometimes in only a minute or two! I don't think she is lying about it, she doesn't have any reason to, and like I said she's been honest with me the few times she hasn't.

Here's my problem - she went on birth control about 4 weeks agp so that we could stop using condoms. I realized right away that this was a whole new sexual experience for me. Now that I don't wear a condom during sex, the stimulation is super intense! I'm finding it extremely hard to last more than a minute or two now that I don't wear a condom. We've still be able to have good sex, both climaxing, but the actual intercourse lasts less than 2 minutes. I can tell when she's about to climax, which usually pushes me over the edge, and if she's on top she just keeps riding me until she does even if I already have.

Here are some questions I hope to get answered -

                          1) Do you, or anyone else here, have similar experiences of getting used to sex with a condom, then suddenly doing it without one? I don't think a good answer is "keep wearing condoms," as it isn't a permanent solution for our marriage.

                          2) Reflecting on my masturbation habits growing up, I definitely was one of those kids who would try to reach orgasm as fast as possible. I continued this into my 20's. How much of a factor does poor masturbation habit have on premE, and does edging reverse these former bad habits?

                          3) With the 3-day technique, are you supposed to masturbate and approach the PONR without ejaculating for the first two days? When I do this I get "blue-balled." Is this normal/safe?

                          4) Missionary position seems to bring me close to the PONR super fast, but my wife really likes this position. Any tips/techniques for this position in particular?

                          5) I tried normal Kegels for 2 weeks and I feel as though it made my premE worse. Reverse Kegels definitely help during masturbation - I've been able to push off the PONR with a good reverse Kegel (still lots of pre-cum here but no ejaculating) and I can keep masturbating for a while. With this and my previous masturbation habits growing up, I think my pelvic floor is imbalanced. Would you suggest more Reverse Kegels? Do squats or other normal exercises help strengthen these muscles? Finally, I find it way easier to do Reverse Kegels during masturbation, but a lot harder to do during sex, is this just a matter of strengthening those muscles and practice?

My current plan to tackle this problem - exercise daily (I used to a lot but haven't for a few years now), Reverse Kegel Routine, and the 3-day edging routine. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated by both me and my wife.

Thanks again for all the time you put into this, you're helping a lot of guys out there!

                            1) How about this, start with the condom and about the half of your lasting time in just get it of and continue without it. In time increase the time you are without a condom and it might get easier. Also gradually start getting tinner and tinner condoms.

                            2) Yes your bad habits are one of the instrumental causes of your PE, and yes edging for a longer spans of time (read more about it in the FAQ itself) will help you overcoming this problem. I think your problem is much more physical that psychological.

                            3) If you experience pain and such you should then try with mastubating not until you reach PONR but a little bit more before that. Let's say you need around 5 minutes to reach the first PONR. Instead of edging for 5 minutes, edge for 3. The point is that after the edging ession you are still horny and have to deal with it trough the day in a way. If that makes it hard then try to do a 2day routine instead of a 3day routine. The point of the 3day rotuine is to simply be longer in the high-arousal state so that both your mind and your body can at least a little bit get used to that state and so that you can simply learn what is happening to you when you are highly-aroused. If the 3day rotuine isn't simply working out for you Arousal Control topic by drummer and ByggD's Guide to Controlling Your Ejaculation Response (again check either stickies in this forum, or the my first two posts in this topic.)

                            4) Edge more in this position. While having sex try and observe how tensed are your legs and your pelvic floor. Doing some exercises to strengthen your legs, hands and abs should help allot here.

                            5) I would suggest to you to undergo a more serious pelvic floor routine, for details consult the first and second posts.

                              I got a question MM:

I'm using a Fleshlight STU while Edging. The resulting suction makes it impossible to control me spasms unless the speed at which I stroke is really slow.
So here is my question: What we must do when we get the IK comming? Do we must slow the speed until they are controlable? (With the Fleshlight, I feel them during the whole session). Do we must avoid any spasm in our sesions?

                              Thank you so much

                              ----

                              Edit: Just another one

                              At https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...-response.html he uses porn.

Didn't we say that is harmful and should be avoided in all cases? Does he uses only as therapy? Do I'll step back doing the program and playing with porn again?

                                Hi MM,

is 3day routine also a routine for arousal control similar to ByggD's Guide to Controlling Your Ejaculation Response and Arousal Techniques?
Or what are the biggest differences? Maybe I can add some arousal scale to it?

I'm tuning up my pelvic floor balance with kegel routine, doing CPPS stretches, but can't follow these long guides because of the time/privacy issues
During edging you should help yourself with breathing and reverse kegels to combat against spasms and PONR?

Thank you and have a nice day.
