    Thank you Minuteman. Sorry, didnīt mean while edging. I do kegels and reverse kegels mondays, wednesdays and fridays but I was a bit confused on the proper form. Recently Iīve been pulling back while doing kegels and stretchin out (like pushing out my pee) while doing reverse kegels and I have noticed that I get a bit of a sensation when I do. I donīt know if this is recommended. Can you help? Thanks.

      just dipping into these guides and I'm almost in tears I'm so grateful that this site, these resources, knowledge exist.

      I lost the only girl I've ever loved (and still love, she really did her best and was supportive for a long time) due to premature ejaculation. we just couldn't bust out of sex that was really horrible for both of us, as its really prolonged intercourse that gets her off in the way she wants and it was fucking up our relationship in general.

      all these success or progress stories give me hope I thought was dead! I'm getting on this today! thanks so much everyone
      The good things never last, but I'm trying to change that.

        GET IT ON chickenbone! I am excited that you are about to take charge of it!!! I can realy feel you, the worst part is the thought that there is now option to change it and that you just have to accept it. It is the most horrible thought I can imagine. I hope you keep this thought for a wile in order to get you driven - don't get me wrong I want you to feel like on top of the world!

          For some reason I didn't notice this so I apologize for a late replay.


          I am not sure I understand the pull back and stretch out. But if you mean pull your hips in when kegeling and stretching (pushing your hips out) while reverse kegeling, then I think that in the beginning if it helps you can do that but your aim is to get your body to be as static as possible while your pelvic floor is doing all the work.

            Hi guys,
            long story short. 21 years old male suffering premE, tried to heal it with ByggDīs guide (I guess all of you know it). I did his guide more or less three times, until I reached the point when I was able to edge 30min (watching porn, changing positions) without coming to PONR even once. I felt really confident about my progress but when it came to sex I exploded before I reached pantties. I have tolerant loving girlfriend, but I really dont know what to do now. My edging performance is pretty decent but... Any help?

              There are two possible reasons for this. The first is that you had some sort of psychological barrier, such as peformance anxiety, preventing you from transferring your edging results to sex. However, as you said you felt confident, this is probably unlikely.

              The second explanation is that your edging is not suited to deal with your Pre E problem. There are two common ineffective ways to edge for people with Pre E. The first involves rushing to the PONR, stopping, getting there quickly again, stopping, etc etc. The second is to stroke away for the entire edging sessions without any feelings of pleasure (or perhaps only very small sensations) in your penis, until right before and during the orgasm and ejaculation. I have written about this extensively in my "edging for premature ejaculation" thread in my signature, including perhaps a more helpful way to edge. If you think this might be the case, I suggest you check it out. The diagnosis link may also help if you want to check out other possible reasons for Pre E.

                First of all, thanks for an answer.
                Well, I was confident when edging and aware of my progress but I got super nervous before sex, if all what I did for it works. Apparently it did not.
                I went through you article, which was very interesting and I completely agree with you in all points. I have been edging last six months quite a lot and I learned a lot about my body and arousal level. I found out in which positions I come to PONR the quickest and practice on them I also where edging not moving my hand but my hips and I improved in all of them. Also I found impossible edging and not coming to PONR within 3min when watching porn. And now I can handle 20 or more minutes. And I am also feeling pleasure when I edge. At least I think so. I also think that without porn I can edge for much much more. But when it comes to another person I kind of losing the control over my body.
                And another thing is that when we try to have sex after first orgasm (after couple of minutes) I have hard times to keep it hard for longer period. When I put condom on erection slowly disappears...

                    I am not quite sure what you are referring to, but in one case it can refer to arousal control vs arousal conditioning. In other words active way is you trying to control your own arousal via some methods. On the other hand arousal conditioning is a passive way where you get used to high levels of arousal over periods of time. For more info see Q07

                      Minuteman, Will doing Levels 0,1,2 be enough to balance my Pelvic Floor? I have no intentions of becoming MMO. I want to focus more on strength, balance, and isolation. I successfully completed Levels 0 and 1 the first time I attempted your routine but that was like 6 months ago. I am starting fresh now. Will keep you posted and ask if I have any questions along the way.

                        I think it will be enough, level 3 is much more for DO conditioning than anything, while the 0,1,2 are made with balance in mind.

                        In some ways it may be more than enough, but a lot more time and effort must be put in to really optimize the routine, unfortunately I simply don't have the time, so it is up to an individual to fit it to its purposes.

                          Optimize? I will be tweaking it very little if any. I know I have to watch for the PIs but I will follow the routine as it is.

                          Did you mean I have to add or subtract some of the elements to fit my needs?

                            You don't have to, the routine will balance your pelvic floor it will just take more time, that it would take if you subtracted something you deem redundant. For example to some, it might be to much to do the routine every day, so it is up to you to plan your rest days, also some will find it that doing it two times per day is too much. This is where it is up to you to see how the routine fits your need, and the more you understand about your body and the exercises the better you will be able to optimize it for your own needs.

                              Ah. I have been following the routine as described with no signs of fatigue or other negative things.

                              However, my pelvic floor feels sooo relaxed for a few minutes right after my session. But then for the next hour or two, I feel it getting "heavy". Like the sensations you get after working out your arms, chest, etc. I don't think it is negative, but surprisingly it makes me kind of impatient for that duration. Strange phenomenon but true.

                              Another thing, I think isolation is getting better day by day and strength will come along in time as well. My question is, how is strength of Pelvic Floor muscles used to prolong your lasting time? Like do you do a strong Reverse Kegel or Reverse Root Lock when PONR is approaching?

                                More strength of both your pelvic floor and the surrounding muscles makes your pevic floor less tense and better able to relax, it also increases your erection quality without making you far too sensitive (again most of the sensitivity actually comes from the tenseness), all this increases your confidence so it ends up being a positive upwards spiral (rather than the typical downward spiral that premature ejaculation usually is). Also the pelvic floor routine is (for the 0,1,2) centered around balance.
