I only say this from experience because an RK only routine worked for me and because I have always had amazing erections and I need wanted to be DO/MMO, and because I use RK to stop PONR, I never needed to do them. For me, they bring negative results. Regular levels is what I have to do now during sex to try to make myself ejac. That is the only time I do them now.Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

i just want to get over my premature ejaculation, i thought that balancing your pelvic floor would help prevent premature ejaculation, why wouldn't i do it while practicing controling my arousal to kinda use two different methods to try to solve the same problem?
and so i should focus on only doing reverse kegels..? im just kinda lost here

Plain and simple you should do both physical and arousal.
Generally people do a 40%Kegel / 60%Reverse Kegel routine, which is recommended.
Or it was also suggested that you could do a 100%Reverse Kegel routine, which could work too.
Pick one of these two options, and also work on arousal control.Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.

drummer, would you mind telling me which you'd personally suggest? and link me to or create a workout routine for me? I tried to use minutemans but its a bit overwhelming and confusing and i was leaning towards the 100% reverse kegel routine and don't know how to start it over the past few days i've kind of just been taking a few minutes out of my day to do a reverse kegel with every exhale as well as deticate a few minutes to holding it for as long as i can. thanks for all of your help

100% RK worked for me.
Lets put it this way:
If you don't try it now, you never will. You can do 100% RK, see how it works and them you can always start reg kegels whenever you want. It's easier to fix yourself later-on with regular kegels than it is to fix yourself later on with reverse kegels. Plus, RKs are harder to do and master so plenty of time and dedication to them is crucial. What are you afraid of? Erection quality loss? It's totally reversible with lube, jelqing and regular kegels. The fact is regular kegels are a huge contributor to prem ejac. It's just common sense to cut them completely out for a while. I just told you in simplest terms what routine I recommend doing in post #7 of this thread. If you need more detail let me know via PM.
Whatever you do, you need to structure it in increments. Such as 3 min the first week, 4 the next and so forth, until you are eventually doing a 15-30 min routine.Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.
