Hi, I have been kegeling irregularly for the past two years. I feel I have pretty decent pc muscles now. I can stop ejaculation with my pc muscles after almost reaching the point of no return but I havent noticed any improvement in my ejaculation time. Recently I came across something called as reverse kegeling is that what I am supposed to do.
Also if it helps this is what happens when I have sex after a few strokes I feel a sudden onset of semen travelling to the tip and after that within a few seconds I ejaculate.
Please point me in the right direction also if anyone can give me some kind of workout schedule it would be very nice.
Also currently I dont have any sexual partner so I will be testing and improving myself through masturbation only.
