I cant believe im writing here either!! half a year ago I wasnt even a minuteman.. I sometimes only lasted seconds cause the urge to come came so fast and I felt there is nothing i can do. Btw sry for my English its not my first language
I have to thank everyone is this thread, your advice gave me what I needed and also the confidence i gained.
Now I literally last as long as i want during sex.
WHAT HAS HELPED?
- I did a 50/50 Kegel routine (make sure you do both cause only RK will give you weak errections)
The RK´s helped me a lot I think cause Im now able to relax my PM during sex, which I wasnt able before, that has a BIG influence on controlling your orgasm
- Edging of course! I did it consistently 4-5 times a week for many month and i got better and better at it. Use lube, dont to it with a dry hand. slow and semi deep breathing is important!
- I read the book Ejaculationtrainer which has helped too in some ways.. not just to understand what caused it but also the tipps he gives you in detail.. I didnt think quitting porn is so important, but it is!
Half a year ago i got aroused SO EASILY, since i quit watching porn and masturbating to it i can stay much better in control of my arousal. AROUSAL is where it all begins, if you are too aroured before going into sex youll not last is what he teaches you in that book. You got to understand that and of course edging plays a huge part in arousal control, learning how your body reacts to stimulation
- I started doing a 10 min a day routine of either meditation or autogenic training, yes every single day
- As soon as i improved i did not worry about it anymore as i did before.. your mind has a big big impact, hence meditation to stay in control of your head and your thoughts
- I re-wired my body to last long again.. the re-wire progress is what takes time if you were used to ejaculating very quickly (bad masturbation habits in your teen years)
- I know its not an advice and its again a natural solution but from the doc i got a few priligy pills which has also helped me in some way because everytime i used it i lasted ages so my body kinda got familiar with lasting long again so the rewire progress kicked in a bit faster and i learned new ways and tricks during sex to stay away from the PONR
Now when having sex in the beginning i start off missionary i stay in very deep and only deep thrust, this way your penis head isnt receiving so much stimulation which is good you stay away from the PONR and make sure you begin slowly.
Once you adjusted to the good feeling in the first minute or two itll become easier to last and you can go harder and faster. I also RELAX my PM, i really focus on it and i stay in control of my breathing which both is really really important..
I think relaxing my PM muscles and the fact that I dont get super aroused before having sex anymore are the main reasons why i beat PE.
I really hope youll all achieve the same! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Thank you. In the beginning I was really desperate and i looked for an immediate solution because a very hot chick has left me cause of my PE. That kinda stressed me and it didnt work that way so i didnt see any imporvement in the beginning. Once i let go of thinking and worrying so much about it (on some days i thought of it like the whole day) I could stay more relaxed on my sexual encounters. I know others beat it, so will I eventually. On some recent sexual encounters I even had to TRY to cum.
- I kegeled every day. On one day i did my 60 Kegels (hold when inhaling for maybe 2-3 sec and relax when exhaling) + 5x 20 sec hold + 1x 40 sec hold
on the other day i did the very same routine with RK (push out on your inhale and relax when exhaling)
When you do your RK's you better be in a relaxed place like lying on your bed instead of being distracted
A BALANCED PELVIC FLOOR muscle is want you want and need
- When Edging I tried to do it at least 20 min, mostly i did for 25 or 30 min.
Stop right BEFORE you reach the PONR, this way you stop the ejaculatory process from ever beginnng. Cool off for a bit or the urge has passed and start again, try to stay away from the PONR as long as you can.
As I noticed improvement I realized I was able to masturbate for 30 min without feeling the urge to come at all. Use a light grip, dont go too fast and stay in control of your breathing.
The way you meditate I guess is up to you, do it as recommended.. sit comfortably, focus on semi deep breathing and have no distractions around you.. For the past few month iv been on autogenic training which also trains your mind.
----- What i still want to improve is to desensitize my glans a bit more, I feel like when receiving a bj I still dont last super long. Maybe I didnt stroke enough on my penis head when edging? Can someone help with that?

I have a question for those who've overcome pre-e.
Let's say that you're not cured but you're well into an edging routine to cure pre-e, you don't ejaculate every time, only once every few days. Obviously the idea is to train your body to take things slower and push back the PONR.
You're single. You meet a girl, get romantic with her and end up taking her to bed. On that night you haven't ejaculated for a few days and you're sure that you'll end up getting over-aroused and blowing your load embarrassingly quickly.
The usual advice offered here is to quickly masturbate and ejaculate before sex, to reduce testosterone level and increase your sexual stamina. But in this case, would doing so undo all the work you've put into edging for pre-e? I mean, you could probably get away with having a sneaky wank in the bathroom for up to two minutes, but she's not going to wait for you to go through your entire edging cycle in there!

Stop worrying about your penis. Its not the problem. Your brain is.
You haven't been doing enough mental work. You need to work on your ego, your self esteem, and your communication. Sex is not about how many times you thrust. It's two people being vulnerable, connecting and working to please one another.
In an emergency, something like "You're super hot could you slow down" accompanied by a moan works wonders.

So many member improve their stamina and just leave .
Perhaps some of you could write a quick note to encourage others .
Here is a science study where a group of guys improved stamina with kegel type exercises .
There have been other studies supporting training for pre e if you search you will spot them.
Thing is the training they do seems rather basic by pegym standards .

New to the forum but have lurked for a while. Anyhow, I have had tremendous success with lasting longer by learning how to use reverse Kegels. However, there were other things I had to do to get to this point so quickly:
Stop using porn
Do not jack off for pleasure
Practice reverse kegeling (more on
that later)
Limit regular kegels
Frenulum stretches
So as of last week I was unable to achieve even a minute of sex before busting. My frenulum was very sensitive and would make me bust a few seconds after penetration. Frenulum stretches are done by getting rock hard and stretching the foreskin to the pelvic bone, causing the frenulum to lengthen over time. You will know you are doing this right because the tip of your head will pull towards the base of your dick.
Reverse kegels allowed me to gain control of the involuntary contractions I was having as I made penetration. First you need to feel the involuntary contractions. You can do this by jacking off with one hand and pressing the fingers of your other hand lightly against your perineum. You will feel the involuntary contractions as you stroke. These are what make you cum so fast. Reverse kegels are achieved basically by taking a deep breath and bearing down, allowing the air to escape through pursed lips. This will cause the back pressure necessary to contract your bc muscle. Through diligence, you will be able to do a Reverse kegel without deep breathing, but it takes time.
I forgot one step: relax. It’s so easy to worry about lasting longer. In reality, the more worried you are the less likely it is that you will be able to relax during sex to limit the number of involuntary contractions you are having.
So when your having sex and are relaxed, as you feel the involuntary contractions you will perform a Reverse Kegel and relax your pelvic muscles, halting the ejaculatory cascade of involuntary contractions.
Finally, this stuff really works. I lasted 5 minutes last night inside a vagina during round 1. For me that’s a monumental achievement. I have struggled with pe for nearly 20 years. The smile on my wife’s face this morning was priceless and was an instant confidence booster. It might seem difficult but it is possible to overcome pe, just keep working at it.

Last night I was able to go 30 minutes without any problem. 4 different positions. Pretty much all of it straight up thrusting.
Even though I have not been focusing on the PreE aspect for a month or so, I have been doing daily edging. I have not used edging as a means to work on the PONR but to focus on getting to maximum EQ without hitting that nasty PONR.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>
