    I'm not you so I might be ways off but I'm asuming that you were both more turned on during the second day aswell as maybe putting a bit off pressure on yourself. The fact that you weren't drunk aswell as the "improved" blowjob probably had a bit of influence aswell. However as I said it's probably mostly due to you putting a bit of pressure on yourself. Usually when I manage to last long with my girlfriend I always feel like I have to live up to that which sometimes seem to actually make me ejaculate faster as I'm thinking "I've to last as long as I did last time". As you were both also more aroused which for obvious reasons makes things harder.

    One thing that seems to help me (although I'm not cured keep that in mind) is rather than telling myself that I've to last as long as I've done a few times I try to think that I can last that long. I also reassure myself that that my premature ejaculation isn't going to be a permanent thing as I've proven that to myself that I can beat it on several occasions.

    By the way are you practicing kegels/reverse kegels & edging? In my oppinion you should do some physical groundwork since that helped/helps me reassure myself both mentally and the physical effects are coming in slowly but surely.

      Try holding an RK when she sucks it, not only does it make you last longer, it relaxes the pelvic area for when your going to screw...

        Should I be edging to porn? Edging as I masturbate to nothing? Or not edging at all?

          Reverse Kegel = RK

          Its the same feeling of trying to force you pee out quickly ( don't force your pee put though that's bad)

          It will really help, holding a regular kegel during masturbation/blowjob/sex will make you want to orgasm sooner....holding the RK when you get slightly close to wanting to cum will help keep it at bay...

            Edging definitely helped me as for porn I stay away from that for since it seems slow down my progress . My problem with porn is that I get too distracted and I almost never learn anything from sessions with porn but I'd recommend trying out edging atleast two-three times with and without porn to learn the differences it has on you both mentally and physically.

            Also try to stay below the point of no return rather than going there and stopping for a while then resuming as that for me atleast didn't help. Ammonite has a great thread about this and after I read it I improved way more than I did previously.

            I'm not an expert on Reverse kegels but for me atleast they seem to rush me to PoNR faster as I seem to focus more on not ejaculating rahter than just enjoying myself. But they do help if I use light ones in the beginning of my sessions aslong as I don't give them too much thought.

            Try showering and letting the water hit the underside of the head of your penis and see if you get involuntary kegels. Doing this a few minutes every other day should desensitize a bit and try to implement reverse kegels as that have helped me to get in more control of my involuntary kegels. However don't try this right away instead practice reverse kegels for a while until you feel like you've a relatively good control.

                Excuse me for being such a noob on here. I don't mean to take over this forum but when I perform RKs I feel like I'm helping relax my pelvic floor which delays my orgasm for about 30 minutes by consistently performing them. Then, I reach the point of no return where I feel my orgasm is so strong I can't hold it in any longer I get extremely tense, hold my breath, and perform a regular kegel. I'm able to hold it in this way. Is this normal?

                    Now I'm getting confused by MrB8 said a KEGEL is when you hold your pee, while a REVERSE KEGEL is sort of like farting.

                    By the way sometimes when I masturbate I feel that thing (think it's my pelvic floor) being really hard and solid (not that i usually put my hand down there!)

                      The kegel muscles are "found" by stopping the flow of urination. A clenching, or tightening of the muscles.

                      RK's are the opposite, more of a pushing than a clenching. Hence the pushing of urine or gas to locate the muscles.

                        That sensation you feel is you flexing your PC muscle...and is a very likely cause for PremE my friend...learn to do the fart/ fast urine one instead (RK) and report back in a few weeks when you notice the difference in control.

                          I don't believe it matters if you edge to porn or not (using your imagination will help your creative powers), as long as you are trying to maintain the length of time you can go for and easing off stimulating yourself when your getting close to the PONR (focus on slowing your breathing and breathing deep may help), you will be training to last longer.

                          RK = Reverse Kegel - a stretch of the pelvic floor muscle, not a tense.

                          I have less experience of the reverse kegel than edging, but many on here advocate it and I am now doing this as part of my routine to maintain a balanced pelvic floor. Excessive tension limits range of motion in other muscles so it stands to reason it will have negative effects on pelvic floor muscles too.

                            I think so. So RK is like a fart whilst a kegel is like a sucking in stomach motion and almost tightening your anus at the same time (sorry if that sounds disgusting)?

                            Just tried edging to porn. Went reasonably well but after 5 mins I accidentally went a bit too far and went past the PONR

                              I've been seeing this girl over the last 4 or 5 days (we are basically spooning buddies who enjoy each other's company and occasionally we get carried away and have sex). She keeps getting annoyed at the short time I last.
