      Are you remembering to breathe? Deep inhale long exhale. Long deep breaths and not fast shallow ones?

      It may not be performance anxiety but it does sound like a classic case of arousal control issues which goes hand in hand with overall anxiety. Proper breathing and adjusting your mindset and staying in the parasympathetic state will determine your success

        Yes that is one thing I actually think about when I'm having sex (to be calm and breathe slowly). Perhaps it is arousal control.

        By the way what are the best foods for premature ejaculation? If you just had to name a few foods that help what would they be? Also sorry if I'm being annoyng as I know this is one long thread but I would rather come to the end of my problem than post 1 thread and then never return but still have the problem.

          Some women just do it for you, this seems like part of the problem.

          It sounds so easy but you just have to calm yourself down around her.

          As far as foods, any kind of berries and some other fruits will help with your erection. As for PreE I haven't heard of any.

            Quiting porn is not easy. The first week will be a little rough but you have to fight it. After the first week it does get easier. I am going on 70 days now. Keep yourself busy with other things. If you were like me, you watched porn and masterbated because you were bored sometimes.

              it used to happened to me too. I was able to edge for hour, but on real sex I was coming on seconds. What I did was that I tight my grip while edging. Some girls are just too tight and if your using light grip while you edge you got used to light grip, so tight your grip a little bit.
