        1- Slow as in slow down stroke from the base first. i.e. if you are aiming for 20 minutes stroke base for at least 15 minutes with the occasional full stroke maybe 5 full strokes per 15 base strokes. Be Creative.

        2- I will advice No porn, you must set your mind that edging is an exercise. You must not get distracted on the pleasure you are experiencing, study it.

        3. Pre-cum is normal during edging.

        4. I heard gains are better if you don't ejaculate but on the other hand i also heard that you actually can ejaculate to give yourself a prize at the end.

        5. Yes, when you are in PONR just stop. There are different levels of arousal.
        -1 for no stimulation
        -2-7 Pleasure
        -8 (Stop here if you're still new)
        -9 PONR (more of an advance stop)
        -10 for orgasm

          I think I have the same problem. I am uncut, but even stimulating my sweet spot(s) directly (foreskin pulled back) doesn't give me (that strong) iks as imagining or porn (even though it's like forever since I used porn for masturbating). I will try this too, but for the start just one of my edging sessions and WITHOUT ejaculation at the end. This I think will condition me a bit too the stimulation of my mind (which easily gets into arousal overdrive as I call it ) and I condition my body to not ejaculate everytime even when I am in this overdrive very often.

          I hope it makes sense. And don't be concerned. I never was and never will be addicted to porn. If I felt I used it too much, I always cut it back to imagination masturbating

            Porn is only advised to be avoided for those who are overly aroused and need to make some progress first in order to then take control of arousal. Or for people who have been desensitized
            by porn or just addicts. You have a good foundation to work from. Arousal is obviously a problem so when watching porn take it slow.
            You can try this: search through for differnt vids, don't watch any just search through differnt sites for about half hour. You'll already be aroused by doing this. Then load up a vid, pick one that doesnt jump right to hard stuff from the get go. Pick something that eases in slowly like you would with sex. When the hard stuff does come in and your reaching ponr, stop pause vid and take a min to cool. You can change position, again like you would.

                    That depends. If you think porn is bad for you then yes, but only for a while. You still want to get to a place where porn is good for you and can be enjoyed worry free.
                    To know if it's bad for you, think to yourself, how do you perceive porn. If you see it and think it's the way sex should be ( perfect guy perfect girl perfect sex) then you need to realise it's not. How do you respond to it.                         Then i think it's fine to continue using porn. But because you'll be edging a lot and spending more time on yourself sexually, it's important to use in moderation, mix it up and don't feel you have to use porn all the time because that may cause other issues.

                          Thanks for the advice, could i edge more than once a day? For me its way more enjoyable then jacking off as i can take time and enjoy what im doing

                            Of course the idea of edging is more than once, you go say 20 mins don't ejaculate, later do 15 then 10, after the last 10 you ejac. Or you can carry it over to the next day.
                            Doesn't have to be 20-15-10, thats an example you can pick somethinv more suited to you. Just whatever goal you set try not to go under it.

                              I did 25 minutes yesterday wennt great, will do 20 in 2 hours then 10-20 later on.
                              EDIT :Im thinking about getting some lube / a prostate vibrator any recommendations? I know a prostate vibrator sounds weird but i have heard around that massaging the prostate can help with pre-e. Talking about lube because my bellend is getting a bit raw and ive heard its good.

                              Edit 2: Edged for 35 minutes, gonna go for another 20 or so while in bed
