        Long time no update been veeery busy last two weeks. But I did edge most of the days same goes for the reverse kegels.

        Previous days I tried to kegel when erect which was veery hard to do so after every edge session I would kegel 5 times minimum.

        Did this for four days now and today I finally was able to reverse kegel when edging!!!!!!!!!!!! Never managed to push a rev kegel before and always held a kegel!! So im fucking happy I masturbated without kegeling for the first time and after I let go of the kegel it stayed relaxed for some seconds! For some people this would mean nothing but damn im happy. Thought I could never pull it off and I was stuck with my pre E forever. But this actually shows me that I do improve and thats great. Only thing I did is mix something in my training and boom.

        Very motivated now. In the upcoming edge sessions I will just push a rev kegel every now and then to show my body how to relax the PF while masturbating.

          Congratulations-sounds like you've found a key to your pre-E issue! Everyone has unique challenges to overcome here.             Update! figured out that when I edge laying down I have more tension aroudn my pf then when I stand. When I reach higher arousal and stand up I will calm down again. Standing up makes me relax the pf more aswell.

            When I go from sit to stand position while edging I sometimes get kegel spasms and really have to focus not to come.. have to work on this dont know how.

            rev kegels are going very well just need to know how to isolate from the root kegel and keep breathing.

            One question aswell. When I edge and touch the part behind the balls is a littlr tense but when I stop edging I feel a little release.. is this a kegel? Or just tension because im edging? Hopefully someone knows the answer

              That area will be tight a lot of the time, and for me it actually has become a lot tighter ( but not tense or discomfort ) when going for longer periods. The muscles are still working that produce ik's only there not actually producing orgasm or ponr where they used to, as far as I know. That area has started to bulge aswel from the exercises, like other muscles, quite noticeably.

                Thanks for your reply LLN that explains to me that there isnt so much to worry about.

                Edged 6-days previous week and I keep doing around 40 r kegels and stretches.

                Easy to delay ejac and play around with arousal a little bit. Had some erotic dreams prev night and I actually didnt come in a matter of seconds and didnt have a wet dream either. Previously if I had erotic dreams with sex involved I would come immediatly. Wonder is it has to do with the edging will know for sure if this will improve even more.

                Looking to buy lube to increase intensity of edging. Looking for a STU as well. In my opinion I need this to improve further since I dont have a gf to edge with. Just dry edging is becoming to easy I can go for 30mins easily and if I dont allow my arousal to build up I wont come most of the times.

                So long story short im building convidence and progressing hopefully with a STU I can start trying to last +-30mins then ill be close to reversing the prem ejac.

                  So lets update! Actually didnt edge alot lately only last two days. Quit porn and erotic pictures completely it actually is slowing my process of reversing prem ejac, first I thought hey when I can last forever with porn vids and dont get horny from it anymore I for sure will last longer in bed. The only thing it did is cause ed and not having spontanius hard ones throughout the day same for morning wood.

                  So now I didnt watch porn and didnt look at porn pics for around 1/2 weeks. yesterday edged but didnt really get hard first I was worried but fk that wont take long. Today I actually edged and really felt good feelings throughout my body and maintained a 70/80% erection when I came it felt alotttttt better then when I come from pictures/porn. I will defenitly cut it out forever it must be rooted deep in my system because at the age of 11/12 I masturbated mostly two times a day to porn fast and with the dangrr of being caught. lets see how I progress I will buy the stu in a month I think a fleshlight with thr most texture to make it very real.
