    2 weeks ago i had several edging sessions in a row where i felt like i was 100% erect and in full control, and in this state I could go as long as i wanted at a near orgasmic sensation. Since then I have not been able to get myself back to that. So, I gave up on it and focused my attention on the basics. My last 3 edging sessions I did while thrusting into my STU for at least 15 minutes. I have made a lot of progress and here is what I did.

    I had a hard time doing front rk's. In fact, even when i was able to force my urine out faster, I still couldn't feel what I was doing. As soon as I finished pissing, I couldn't tell if I was doing a front rk. This made it impossible to tell if I was doing it right while edging. I started drinking more water so I could pee more just so I could do more front rks. This helped and eventually I was able to feel them when I wasn't pissing. I did do the unadvised and forced them while straining muscles, but I recovered quickly and was better from it. I now do them often throughout the day to increase my mental connection with that region. I feel its better to do 10 at 10 different times than to do 100 in a row. I no longer have to force them. Now I do them sitting, standing and most importantly, while walking. This allows me to do them while thrusting.

    I also got aggressive with stretching my pelvic floor. I use the tennis ball technique and absolutely love it. I like to rk while sitting on it. I noticed a difference from the start. I would IK during certain movements, like walking up the stairs or getting out of a chair. The tennis ball has helped me start to eliminate these and also RK in there place.

    Finally I worked on eliminating IKs from touching my penis. As strange as it might be I randomly tap my penis and make sure I don't IK. I do this often and I do light stretching as well several times a day.

    All this helped me thrust during edging and I'm hoping it helps with sex. I haven't been with my lady in over a week so I am still waiting to see where I am at.

      Just a note, I stopped edging and doing RKs while seated. I rarely have sex sitting down so why should I be doing anything related to sex in that position. I need to be learning how to keep a relaxed PF in the positions i'll actually be in during sex.

            Ignore this post.

            Last night was New Years eve. My girl has been sick but she started getting better. I sent her a text, which I thought was sweet. I told her I was looking forward to bringing in the new year with her and starting it off right with a kiss. Her response "lets just be friends". That was just cold. We've only been together 4 months and it's not like we were planning the rest of our lives together, but come on. That is not how it should have gone down. All she had to do was say she wasn't well enough to join me and we could have had this conversation today instead of her dropping this on me before we were supposed to go out. I know I didn't do anything to deserve this. She tried saying she doesn't know what is going on in her head. Like I'm going to feel bad for her? She's 28, this reminds me of high school.
            To make matters worse she latter played me in a cell phone game and texted me happy new year as if this didn't just happen. She knows I want to be with her, how can she not think I would be upset by her ending it?
            Life goes on.

            Now I'll need to find someone else to see if my latest improvements transfer to sex. I haven't had sex in almost 2 weeks due to the holiday and the girl having her period(not that it would stop me, but she wasn't into it). I think I made some break throughs during that time. I'll keep at and I know I will find a willing participant.

            This post was just a rant, I needed to complain a bit. Sorry if you read it, but writing it made me feel a little better.

                Shame, but possibly a bit of time and it will work out. If not then like yoi said life goes on, there's plenty more potential "willing participants".

                  It took me a couple of days to get back into things after the girl ended our relationship. It was a challenge to concentrate at first while edging, but all it took was that first ejaculation to get going again. Last couple edging sessions have been thrusting into my STU.

                  My biggest issue is that I do a very light or slight front kegel contraction. I can't feel when I do it, I only know I've been doing it from an increase in sensation. Sometimes I can feel it relax when I stop thrusting. Reverse kegels can't stop this, or so it seems anyway. I don't have this problem with my hand or when stroking with my STU.
                  I have been going extremely slow, extremely slow(almost not moving) and stopping every time in contracts. After a few minutes with extreme concentration I can thrust with it only contracting briefly and sporadically. It feels like a reflex and hopefully with some time I can train myself not to respond. Only thing is concentrating on it takes away from my EQ, but hopefully I can overcome this as well.

                      I do reverse kegels throughout the day and just started adding in erect kegels. The muscle that tenses up is the one that makes the penis bounce when doing an erect kegel.

                        I think part of my issue with making improvements has been my EQ while edging. I think I just haven't been hard enough and aroused enough to really put things into practice. Lasting long while edging, whether it be by hand of thrusting into my STU has been the result of not being fully hard. So when I would be fully erect during sex, it was hard to control. Just a couple days ago I found some spots that when stimulated simultaneously, I get a full erection. I think I masturbated wrong my whole adult life. I never payed attention to what made me feel good physically, I just payed attention to the porn I was watching.

                        Also, after seeing LLN post about 3 day edging on someone's log for the hundredth time, I decided to try it. I know others recommend not ejaculating when edging as well and I just never tried it. I am now two days into my second cycle and am impressed. What a difference it makes mentally when you know you are not ejaculating. It used to be my reward for edging for X amount of minutes. Now that there isn't something better coming, I seek ways to increase the pleasure for the whole edging session. For some reason this doesn't bring on PONR like one would imagine. Hard to explain. I am no longer passing time just so I can ejaculate/orgasm. I am now enjoying myself and need to convince myself to stop when time is up.

                        These two things combined have got impatiently waiting to edge again.
