2 weeks ago i had several edging sessions in a row where i felt like i was 100% erect and in full control, and in this state I could go as long as i wanted at a near orgasmic sensation. Since then I have not been able to get myself back to that. So, I gave up on it and focused my attention on the basics. My last 3 edging sessions I did while thrusting into my STU for at least 15 minutes. I have made a lot of progress and here is what I did.
I had a hard time doing front rk's. In fact, even when i was able to force my urine out faster, I still couldn't feel what I was doing. As soon as I finished pissing, I couldn't tell if I was doing a front rk. This made it impossible to tell if I was doing it right while edging. I started drinking more water so I could pee more just so I could do more front rks. This helped and eventually I was able to feel them when I wasn't pissing. I did do the unadvised and forced them while straining muscles, but I recovered quickly and was better from it. I now do them often throughout the day to increase my mental connection with that region. I feel its better to do 10 at 10 different times than to do 100 in a row. I no longer have to force them. Now I do them sitting, standing and most importantly, while walking. This allows me to do them while thrusting.
I also got aggressive with stretching my pelvic floor. I use the tennis ball technique and absolutely love it. I like to rk while sitting on it. I noticed a difference from the start. I would IK during certain movements, like walking up the stairs or getting out of a chair. The tennis ball has helped me start to eliminate these and also RK in there place.
Finally I worked on eliminating IKs from touching my penis. As strange as it might be I randomly tap my penis and make sure I don't IK. I do this often and I do light stretching as well several times a day.
All this helped me thrust during edging and I'm hoping it helps with sex. I haven't been with my lady in over a week so I am still waiting to see where I am at.
