I have this issue too, longer sessions definitely help just keep at it!

If you do hit ponr it doesn't matter, even if it comes earlier than usual ( pun intended ). Getting used to continuing near or at ponr and prolonging sessions regardless will further progress.

First edging session after a week!
total time 25 min
No PONR!
I used to have an erection in 3 sec now erection builts up slowly and my penis look healthier and bigger don't know why!
REVERSE KEGELS are the key for total control.i could feel my pelvic floor very tight and i could relax with some reverse kegel with a little loss of erection but it's ok.
Immagination brings me to the PONR pretty fast but i think it's normal in my situation
I feel very very confident!today is a great day!

If you find it easy after the first 5-10 mins, I'd suggest once you've past that then position yourself where you find it hardest to control ( hold off ) and thrust. You'll get a lot more progress transferable to sex.A Game of Bones. A Stretch With Rice And Fire.
