  • Too long to finish

    Hi, It's probably not the right place to post this, but I didn't find out where it should be done.
    My problem is that it's takes me too long before having orgasm, most of the times it takes me arround 40-60 min, and just lately with a lot of work, I can't even come sometimes cuz I get tired and sweat a lot during sex, before It was never a problem for me since all my gf liked it, but now with my new job and the stress that goes with it, I feel like I don't have the energy for my long sex sessions, and probably it will get even worse while getting older, I'm 30 years old btw.. But when I try to masturbate it doesnt take more than 5-10 min !!!
    Any tips guys to come faster

    Don't train yourself to "come faster", instead, learn to "plateau edge", accomplish DO & MMO eventually, and cum whenever you want!...or not! A much better alternative that both you and your partner will enjoy! Read threads in the pre-E forums on this. There are several you can search for.

        I you can reach orgasm in 5-10 mins masturbating then it's more than likely you're gripping too tight, coupled with anxiety / stress.

          Yeah, probably. I've found that maybe reverse kegel can help here, but honestly I'm a complete newbie and I don't get all these new concepts.

            Reverse kegel can help in the case of of tight / tense pelvic floor, do you feel you have tension? Do you do any exercises?

              I don't know if I feel any tension there . a year ago, I did some kegel excercises I think

                I had a similar problem but I didn't go that long. The positive part is that if I dont' get off I can go again right away. PE helped me. Just do a simple program like JP90 only cut it in half. Ive also done the Kegels and RK and edging.

                  Sounds like you need to start with a regular kegel routine, to discover the difference between K:RK & front:rear. Takes time and practice. Start out 60:40 K:RK, and adjust accordingly. If you're having trouble nutting, increase the K's Vs. the RK's. Most guys have to do the reverse on those pre-E threads, so they heavy up the RK's, just remember that as you read and learn.

                    are you using porn to masturbate with?if you are using porn it might be giving a higher arousal,making it harder to hold back at the PONR.

                      From what I've seen on here it doesn't work in reverse to pre e training, in all cases, ie: doing kegels to help de as opposed to rk's for pre e.

                      Pegasus talks of the kegel ( clench at orgasm ) being too strong and unable to release, relax.
                      An rk routine may be needed, or a balanced one, or just edging ( cut out porn if you watch ) and lighter grip, work to lower stress etc.

                        Thanks for your answers guys. I'm starting the a balanced K/RK routine along with JP90 program later this week. Probably will be adding some edging, and I'll stop completly masturbation, since I don't really masturbate that much (2/3 times a month) and Yes I watch porn while doing it 95% of the times.

                          Cut the firmness of your grip when masturbating , Anxiety is implicated and the way to get over this can be individual.

                            Even before the new changes at work, I need like 40-60min to come, like I said it was never a problem for me. But now, I'd like to get that reduced to 20-30 min. After some reading, I found out that K, RK and edging is more adviced for preamture e, so I don't know if it will really help in my case. And I don't masturbate that often, so I don't think the firmness of my grip can be the cause. Still, I'll make sure to avoid next time I masturbate anyway.

                              You are very fortunate to have consistently found women who like prolonged sex . You may find it hard to orgasm with a light grip ,you have to preserve .
                              The anxiety point is important . I used to quite frequently stop without having orgasmed . You could consider just not orgasming prolonged non ejaculation will cause it to be easier and quicker. Another option is to have sex for however long you like then masturbate at the end .
