I realize I've been stressing out over stuff lately and it has helped with nervousness, so in order to have that fuller flaccid hang and whatnot I'm going to be edging, I'm also going to start relaxing. I know that as I settle into the new job and everything I'll be calming down a lot more as well. School resumes tomorrow, so it's going to be a rough 2-3 weeks settling into a new semester with a full-time schedule as well as working full time. The adjusting period will be rough, but it's all good, just have to make time for my PE.

    • So let me get this right, milla. You hang only one set per day at very high weights. I've been hanging very low weights for 2-3 sets a day (40-60 minutes total). Do you think I will see better/faster gains if I go high on weight and short on duration?

        PHEW, good session tonight.

        BTT warm-up 20-30 mins
        Hanging 20 lbs 20 minutes
        Edging 26 minutes with huge ejaculation (will have better control over ejac tomorrow, tonight just had to do it!)

        Notes: No green tea today.. Flaccid didn't suffer greatly, but my head has been hurting all day.
        I found a better and more efficient way to wrap, and am pleased about it. I just want (not a need) to get something better to wear underneath the wrap.
        Other then that good first day of school. I swear man the kids just keep looking younger and younger as time goes on. All the freshman look like they just got potty trained.
        Anywhoo, got signed up for the gym finally, and went with my best friend earlier in the evening. Got a good arm workout circuit in as well as some decent cardio. Can't wait to make this a regular thing, probably gonna try to go tomorrow before work also!
        Enjoyed my edging tonight, my dick looks huge now.. It's pretty cool. I've also been procrastinating on writing up the articles I handwrote and on completing muzzle hanger 2.0

          Yes. If I can get two sets a day then it's a celebration for me. Three sets is very rare.. Several questions for you sir;
          1. How long have you been hanging
          2. What weight are you hanging at currently
          3. What hanger do you use
          4. How long have you been hanging at that weight for?

          As far as seeing gains faster or better, it is different for everyone. For me hanging 1 set at high weights works, but for others like Blink2000 high sets and lower weights seems to work for him as well. It varies case to case. But I tend to lean more towards higher weight lower sets personally because it has worked for me as well as a couple others.

                My routine is just hanging 5-7 days of the week and using my extender for 5 days as well around 2-3 hours a day.. I've been masturbating a lot lately, but changing to edging soon.

                    Well I've been experimenting with PE for about 4 years now [never any gains, did newbie routine for 3 weeks max sporadically], never got serious until this summer though, after splitting up with a long term girlfriend. I started up on the newbie routine for about 3 weeks, and I just get sick of standing there pulling my dick, so after a lot of research, I purchased a Bib Starter. People (members on thunders forum) warned that hanging is much more complex and time consuming than manual stretching, which is true, but I'm going on about 2-3 weeks with the hanger and I love it, because after I put it on, I can sit and read a book, or search the net, read up on PE forums. Also, I feel like I know my dick well, what is good fatigue, and what is a bad pain.I feel like through the hanger I can focus on other things while growing my dick. It is hard to get in a lot of sets because of time constraints, which is why your routine of high weight, low rep, intrigued me.

                    To answer your questions:

                    Hanging about 3 weeks (week 1 was getting used to the hanger and settings mostly)
                    Using Bib Starter
                    Currently at 3.5 pounds for about a week (thinking of going up a pound)
                    Hang for probably 40-60minutes a day (sets of 20 minutes)---but if high weight at one set is getting you gains I might try up the weight and cut the multiple sets.

                    Edit: Also about to order an ADS from Ebay.

                        Dude if it's working for you then stick to it until it's not working anymore, and then go to bundled stretches . Hanging isn't as easy as you think. On paper, it shows at 20 minutes/day hanging which doesn't seem like much, but think about it, I was doing 3 sets of my lig manual stretch routine and that took my 27 minutes to get through. With hanging, I have to warm up, wrap, re-wrap, test hang, hang, unwrap, and warm down. So what's a set of 20 minutes typically becomes 40-60 minutes. It's not just bada boom bada bing 20 minutes and done! Nope, there's more to it unfortunately.

                        Ohhhh I didn't even know they had that. I don't have an account there though just because I didn't know about it. And there's a lot of weird people on there that get off to those pictures (nothing wrong with it) but just not for me. If anything I'd just post before/after pics to see if anyone notices a size difference. I'd be curious to hear about that.

                          Yes it is true about that, hanging is actually an art and the learning curve is absolutely huge. A lot larger than anything else I've encountered so far in PE. I also agree it is more time consuming as I said in my above post, a 20 minute set really is 40+ minutes for me more or less. Unless I get everything on perfectly it's anywhere around 40 minutes.
                          The routine of high weight, low rep isn't one that I actually devised, it just worked for me. I'm still working on getting all my "routines" copied from out of this thread into .doc files, but so far I've only had the time to compile 2 months worth. Only 4-5 more to go now until I have a complete log. Anyways, there's some days in the beginning where I was doing two or three sets in a day at the lower weight which I think helped to get me greater erect gains early as a newbie.

                          To answer your questions:

                          The difference between what you're doing and what I do is that you go up by just a single pound, whenever I up the weight every 2-3 weeks I go from x weight to x + 2.5lbs. My weight increment is always by 2.5 lbs, which could have a role that is played in making my penis larger and why the high weight low reps works. I know others like Blink2000 are doing the same thing as you, low weight and high reps and he is getting results from it also. Hanging does work but the intricacies about it as in high weight/low rep and low weight/high rep is for you to use at your discretion. Both do work, but my method is time constriction and little privacy time as well. If you'd like I can e-mail you my routine from March/April for you to view my routine if that will help make any better decisions.

                                Well once you pass the initial learning curve as a newbie to hanging and get used to it and start working up in weights you can afford doing that, but let me tell you at 20 lbs there is no room for error. As opposed to (for me 2.5 lbs - 15 lbs) I could enjoy fucking around and half assing my hanging routine and wrapping.
