    Never able to stick to a routine, hope this time is different.
    Two weeks in, measuring today and continuing tomorrow.
    BPEL: 167mm(6.57in)
    MSEG: 130mm(5.11in)

    August 15

        You are already big. And your goals are very attainable given a couple years. Definitely length, maybe girth to. Just be safe, take it slow. Good luck.

          My routine is based loosely on the JP90 beginner routine. The stretching routine is identical just repeated three times. I find counting Jelqs too tedious so using a timer lets me focus on quality reps. Increases in time will be gradual based on how it feels.

            Using a timer for jelqing is good. I do the same. Be consistent. Post in this thread every day. Even on your day off. Make it a routine.
            Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

            Current 1.19.16 - 7.85bpel, 6.6nbpel, 5.3meg

            Goal 1.19.17 - 8.5bpel, 7.5nbpel, 5.75meg

                          Good job on the log. Make sure to post everyday. Even days off. Sometimes I won't post during the weekend, but then I go back and date the posts. This will keep you on track.
