    Hey guys, starting my progress log after around 6 months of sporadic PEing. Took it semi seriously and still got some great results, so now I'm gonna start a dedicated routine. Girth is my main focus with PE and any length gains will just be a bonus.

    Let's get the stats out the way:

    Pre-PE: 5.5 NBPEL 6.0 BPEL 4.3 EG

    Current Stats: 6.5 NBPEL 7.0 BPEL 4.75 EG

    Girth is obviously my weak point and I would be thrilled just to reach 5.0, to be honest I can't really believe how much bigger I am from when I started and now I know that gains are possible I'm going keep up a consistenet routine.

    The routine:

    5 min warmup
    200 side to sides
    20 squeezes
    10 mins jelqing
    Edging


    Hopefully that wasn't too boring, I'll get started tonight and report back later. Any suggestions on my routine are welcome.

    PS I don't actually have a big belly, not really sure what drove me to that name

    Had a good workout, really focused on getting a good expansion in the squeezes. Same again tonight.

      Today's session:

      5 min warmup
      200 side to sides
      20 squeezes
      6 mins jelqing
      15 mins edging

      Think I might reduce the number of side to sides to 100 for tomorrow because I had a bit of shrinkage immediately after the stretches. The rest of the session was great. Just want to ask how I should be building in my cycle, should I be increasing the reps every training day or after every rest day?

        Rest day yesterday, back to it today, lowered my stretch count and felt better for it. tried my hardest to last the full 15 mins for edging but only lasted 11, felt way too horny all day and pushed myself too close to the PONR.

        Today's session:


        5 min warmup
        100 side to sides
        20 squeezes
        6 mins jelqing
        11 mins edging

          Still struggling a bit with the edging, need more work on it. Does anyone know if I can move my edging session to a different time of day? because I think the stimulation during the workout contributes to my struggle with lasting the 15 mins I want.

            Just had my best workout I can remember, really good expansion on the squeezes and completed the full 15 mins of edging without problems. After reading ShutOut's log saying he got a good expansion after jelqs, I changed my routine to put the jelq's before the squeezes.

            5 min warmup
            150 side to sides
            6 mins jelqing
            22 squeezes
            15 mins edging

            Hope tomorrows session is just as good.

                Your edging should not have to coincide with your PE training. They are two separate training programs and should be dealt with as such. Edging is for stamina, other exercises are for growth.

                    Not been able to post for the past few days, been really busy. Had an extra rest day due to my frenulum feeling very tender but did a session last night.

                    5 min warmup
                    200 side to sides
                    7 mins jelqing
                    24 squeezes

                    I'll do the same tonight and report back later.

                      Doing my session a couple of days ago wasn't a good idea and my injury is back. I'm going to leave it till Monday and see how it is then.

                          I'd say about 4-5 months of jelqing 2 days on 1 day off

                              Eased myself back into it last night after the injury. I was very cautious not to overdo it so just a short workout, I'll up it tonight and get back to my routine, just wanted to test the waters last night.

                              5 min warmup
                              200 side to sides
                              10 mins jelqing
                              5 erect kegels
