    Another gentle session again tonight. Decided on no squeezes again because I think they put too much stress on my frenulum, which causes the pain. I'm thinking of going the doctors about because it feels quite tight. I think I might swap out the squeezes for ulis instead because they don't need me to touch it, I just don't know what would be a good number to start with.

    Todays session:

    5 min warmup
    200 side to sides
    8 mins jelqing
    15 mins edging

      Starting back up again after the injury and signing up for mecoach. Today's session was a quick one.

      5 min warmup
      10 squeezes (5 second holds)
      200 side-to-sides
      5 erect kegels
      5 min stop starts

      I didn't want to start out doing too much because I think my problem last time was trying to do too much and was experiencing fatigue too quickly. Just stuck to the recommended number of reps to start out with. The session went really well and I was rock hard for about 10 mins afterwards. I think I found the session a little bit easy, but I just wanted to get the technique right. I didn't reach PONR in my stop starts, I could probably try longer next session.

        Workout felt good and not too challenging, don't feel fatigued after workout.

          Another good workout, slowly increasing the amount of reps eels more natural than the big jumps I was dong before. Same again tomorrow.

            Getting into the swing of it now and finding the workouts really fun. I look forward to doing them and can't wait to do the next one. My stop starts are getting better, I now feel like I can relax my muscles and the involuntary kegels are mostly gone. Also those erect kegels feel absolutely great, I think they give my dick hard work but they're my favourite exercise by far. Can't wait for tomorrows workout now .

              Think I'll keep the kegels at 15 for a few days, felt like they tired me out abit for the stop starts and took me a couple of minutes to get fully hard.

                Overall, it felt good, but the kegels took a while to do last night. Do I need to leave a few minutes between each exercise? Because right now I just go straight from one to the other and I think that might be why I struggle to stay as hard as I can for the kegels.

                  Best set of squeezes I've ever done, really felt the expansion on every one of them this time. I'm only gonna increase the side-to-sides by 10 each time now, I think I'm doing a high enough volume of them for now. My morning wood has been waking me up recently so something must be going right.

                        I just use an electric heating pad. I lie on it and heat the top of my penis for 2.5 mins and then heat the underside for 2.5 mins. You can use lots of methods for a warmup, like a rice sock or shower. I used to use a hot water bottle, that did a great job.

                            Wasn't able to do my routine lat night due to work, so I'm happy I got it in tonight. Stop-starts were really hard to last the full time today, no idea why.

                              After doing the 2 week measurement like big Al suggested, I once again gained length but no girth. So we decided it would be best to try a girth only toutine. I had a few days off before I started the new routine and just finishhed my first session.

                              15 erect kegels
                              10 mins stop starts

                              Looking forward to trying to gain some girth.

                                Early signs are good, during my stop starts I was rock hard, felt like I was gonna burst. Now for the important rest day.
