      Sunday was a quick one for me. Was swamped most of the day but I did some stretches and that was it.

        Feeling a little tired (sleepy, long work hours) so I skipped V-jelqs today. My routine was as follows:

        -Warmup
        -Stretches
        -Helicopter shakes
        -15 minutes jelqing (150+-)
        -Warm down

        Tomorrow is officially one month of doing JP90, so I'll get measurements and post them tomorrow evening, or Wednesday evening at the latest.
        Starting:
        7/30/2016 - BPEL: 5.85" MSEG: 4.25"
        8/30/2016 - BPEL: 6.75" MSEG: 4.875"

          -20 minutes of ballooning (figured I'd try it out)

          Today is my first complete month of JP90, my measurements are promising!

          BPEL: 6.75" (+0.9")
          MSEG: 4.875" (+0.65")

          Keep in mind, I've lost 10+ lbs of body fat since I started so, it's a lot easier to measure BPEL now. Some of the length gains may very well be due to more accurate measuring. Regardless, I am pumped!

                Another day of JP90.

                -Warmup
                -Stretches
                -Helicopter shakes
                -Wet jelqs/V-Jelqs
                -Warm down

                I decided to switch it up and do et jelqs instead of dry since I had a little extra time. Enjoyed it immensely. Good flaccid hang after, noticeable "swelling" in the glans, excellent vascularity, and a nice warm feeling through and through. A very relaxing and satisfying session. Off to bed!

                    Did a quick session just to not make this vacation a total killer to my PE routine.

                    -5 min Warmup
                    -5 min stretching
                    -Helicopter shakes
                    -50 Jelqs

                    Right off the bat, before I even started my stretches, I noticed a HUGE improvement to my flaccid gain and a definite "meatiness"' that has escaped my notice until now.

                      im finally home from vacation. Cranked out a quick session but my heart wasn't in it.

                      Im going to get my schedule back in order so I can be more consistent. I feel like I've missed too many days. My last day of school is tomorrow though, so it should be easier to get back in order soon.

                        I wasn't going to do any PE today due to time constraints but I ended up freeing up my schedule a bit. I decided, just for the heck of it to try Big Al's Jelq Free routine. I only did a light version just to see how it felt and what it entailed. It's definitely an advanced routine, without a doubt. But, even the light version gave me insane plumpness and flaccid hang has been solid since I tried it.

                        ^Thats the routine, and I fully acknowledge that all risk has been assessed and I did it knowing full well what the consequences might be and I blame nobody but myself if I am injured. The only reason I tried it was because I feel like my body has taken very, very well to PE and it's been very responsive to the new stimuli. I won't be incorporating it into my routine until I feel as though I'm conditioned enough to handle the increased stress but, nonetheless, I am excited and continually encouraged.

                            Hey, cool log and very impressive gains!
                            I was wondering if you could talk a bit about how you do your dry jelqs? Being able to jelq in bed in the morning/at night seems ideal to me - I usually always just masturbate at that time anyways.. lol! When I dry jelq, though, it just feels as if I'm pulling all the skin of my penis to my glans instead of pushing blood inside it.. If I adopt a looser grip to not pull the skin with me, there's just not enough pressure to get the blood there. Did you just power through and ignore the chafing/stretching of skin? How do you do it?!?!

                              I'm uncut, so that makes it really easy for me, the only downside being that two handed is difficult. I've actually been switching between wet and dry, and I've been doing it a lot more in the shower. If you're cut, I'm not sure how it would work out. Sorry =/

                                No PE today, had too much today and mornin wood isn't looking too hot right now so, it works out. I'm gonna give it a rest and see how that goes.

                                On a side note, I might incorporate a little of my weight loss results into my log. I was 242lbs when I changed my diet, 222-225ish when I started PE, and I am currently at 214! Feeling really great about that and I'm excited to see the best parts of me grow while the rest shrinks lol
