        Forgot to check in last night. Had a killer PE session. It felt great and vascularity gains are a definite fact now. Seriously, I'm noticing a huge improvement there and my EQ is back to normal. So, it's business as a usual.

        Tomight, I'm planning on adding an extra minute or two of stretching and an extra 2 minutes of jelqing, just to up the intensity a little bit without getting too crazy. I'm sort of just trying to be interactive with my body and go where it feels right. Will comment again in the morning.

          Sorry I haven't been active the last few days, I've been in and out of late night meetings all week. Nonetheless, I've been keeping up with PE and I've added some squeezes to my JP90, just for fun. I've noticed a dip in EQ, but I've also been a little more stressed lately, 7 haven't been sleeping as much because of my work schedule, and I haven't been in the gym. Hopefully within the next few weeks, I can get everything back in order.

          Positive notes, flaccid hang/length seems to be permanently improved. I used to have a really bad turtling problem but I haven't had that, even short term, at all in the last few weeks. I took my flaccid measurements when I first started JP90, so I'll post those and my new stats when I get home. All in all, life is overall very enjoyable right now

                  Update: I've been having relatively low EQ since Saturday. I've been working like a mad man though so, I'm thinking that's been most of the reason. Haven't been at the gym in a week or so either unfortunately :/ trying to fix that though. Gotta keep in shape! I'll update tomorrow if PE is in the cards

                    Could you give me a quick rundown of your exact technique? Like, OK-grip, palm facing yourself? What erection % do you do this at?

                      I essentially use an overhand grip, roughly 60-70% errction level. I honestly just mimic the video. Have you watched it?

                        I have also been having some lower EQ lately. Im not sure if its because i've had sex 2 out of 3 days. Or what, but I have felt plump.... just not hard... about a 7/10 for me, for morning wood....

                          Thats how I've felt, more or less. Flaccid has been absolutely on point. Turtling is gone, and vascularity is nice. It also feels "heavier". For me, that's one of the things I've noticed more than just raw numbers, it feels heavier in my hand. Especially after a good session.

                            Speaking of session, let's keep this log going!

                            Tonight:

                            -Warmup
                            -5 minutes stretching
                            -helicopter shakes
                            -150 wet jelqs
                            -120(ish...lost count) v jelqs
                            -Warm down

                            Session went about 20 minutes long. I need to slow down my jelqs, I'm doing them a little fast but I'm fortunately still seeing good results! I measure again next week but I don't think I've gained much, if at all, from last time. We'all see though!

                              I'm happy to report that EQ levels were over 9000 this morning. Seriously, hardest I've been in a while, maybe even more so than when I first saw EQ gains in the beginning. Good stuff!

                                I've been exhausted the past few days. I'm working two full time jobs right now, working on quitting one. I haven't done any PE since Thursday but I'm ready to hop back on the train today. I'm considering waking up a little earlier and doing it in the morning because of my busy schedule. We'all see. Either way, I'm continuing JP90 in a few minutes.
