    Hello gentlemen,

    Im always420 and i've decided it is time to start a log for my journey. A little background about me. I did PE about 10 years ago when I was 23 and still in college. I've always wanted to have a bigger size so the researcher that I am decided to go online and figure it out. Well, I found PE. I started dry jelqing and stretching as well as kegels and edging (which i had been doing since i was 13). That lasted about 3 months, the only thing I noticed was better EQ.

    Fast forward about 10 years now, I am married and have been married for 6 years. I realized my EQ was awful, and I just chalked it up to "old age". until a few weeks ago i was talking to a guy who said he actually had surgery, where a Dr. does treatments and they add collagen into your penis. he was telling me how great it felt, and how much his gf loved it....

    That got me thinking about my old days in PE, and i got back online and found this site. I decided to give it a shot again, I still remembered a lot of the old moves and I have been reading a lot on this site so now I am all in....

    I have been with a lot of girls before I met my wife, and I've always been able to give my girlfriends vaginal orgasms, but with my wife (she had a baby before we met) I never could. Always able to do it through the clit, but never the vagina. As i guy who loves to please his women, and loves giving vaginal orgasms, i have felt subpar over the last few years and now it is TIME TO FEEL LIKE A STUD AGAIN!!!!!

    My routine consists of the JP90 program -- as well as the "non jelq" routine. Because I did PE years ago, I took it slow the first few days, but i've realized I am pretty well conditioned from my previous work.

    I am 2 weeks in so far and let me tell you -- EQ is OFF THE CHARTS!!!!! Last night I had sex with my wife and I couldn't believe the size of that "monster" ... she knows about the PE and told me straight up last night I don't need to do it for her, but she knows the reasons behind it, and I can tell she is kind of excited (although she won't tell me that)

    The last 2 weeks I've been using jp90 4-5 days per week and Big Al's non jelquing routine 2-3 days per week (when little privacy) no need for lotion etc.

    Changes in EQ are very noticeable

    Measured EG this morning and proud to say it was just over 5"!!!!!

      Another day, another dollar ..... I'll typically be posting in the morning about my previous day. Last night was an off day, although I did do some Erect Bends, and some O bends. I havent had any negative PI at all. I think im pretty well conditioned.

      Yesterday I researched MMO and DO ALL day at work. So I am also going to be adding some of that training to my regiment. Probably on days where I do the JP90 and edge, I'll practice my DO.... . I actually used to do this all the time when I was doing PE around 10 years ago. But, now I understand there is a higher level I can get to with MMO, and that really makes me determined.

      Any input and encouragement is welcomed!

        While doing research, I think I realized that I have been having something very close to a RK DO. As while edging, I can literally get to the PNR as if one more touch would send me over the edge, but RK for about 20 seconds and then go back to edging. I don't think I would be able to RK DO while having sex though as stimulation would send me over the edge. So, I will be practicing the regular Kegel DO.... My ultimate goal with this is to be able to DO while still having sex.

          trying to make a habit of posting everyday for the sake of the log and to help others along the way.

          Last night was actually supposed to be an OFF day, but I had some privacy so I figured I would do some light stretching and jelqing.... 5 minutes of each along with a 5 minute edge, which i attempted to do a DO, but I was a little late in my timing, I actually had a DO, but started back again too soon, and actually did ejaculate a bit and it was over...

          GAIN ALERT!!!!

          I woke up with a very plump morning wood so I decided to measure. I was probably about an 8 on EQ and after 2 weeks of PE here are my new measurements with an 8/10 EQ

          BPEL - 6.25 (same)
          NBPEL - 6 (GAIN)
          EG - 5 (GAIN) this was also consistent at the base and the top right under the glands which I was pleased with

          I started to feel pretty sore last night for the first time during this program, I haven't had a real off day in a whole week so I am going to take a 3 day weekend off and rest!

          Very pleased with my gains so far!!! My dick feels huge especially in the morning!! My EQ has gone from a 7 to a 10 easy and as you can see I have had a decent amount of gain in my first two weeks!! Hoping to keep gaining at this rate

            great results!I am also "always 420" I wanna ask you about this "Big Al's non jelquing routine"?What is the routine ?

                  I was supposed to have an off dayour yesterday. I did do about 5 minutes of very light stretching.

                  Woke up this morning, not rock hard, but very very plump. Will probably do some light stretching only again today later.

                  Also to note, I started a cardio/hiit routine today - been about 6 months since I worked out, gonna get back to 5-6 days a week.

                  Also increased my TEST BOOSTERS to 6 pills per day, and added in a HGH spray!

                      DAY 18 (last night)

                      Had a nice workout last night, did 10 minutes of stretches, 15 minutes of dry jelq with some erect bends, and ULIs. Finished with a 5 minute ballooning - and DO practice, which I feel as though I am making some decent progress. I will measure again on Thursday.

                        Good Morning -- DAY 19 was good, getting back into a workout routine and a healthy diet along with PE is something I really feel will help. I've been focusing a really getting a good stretch. I was slacking off on the stretching the first 2 weeks, but I feel like im getting thicker, now i need the length to follow!

                        last night did 15 minutes of good stretches in all directions, some tunica tugs, 10 minutes of dry jelq, with erect bends, and ULIs.... finished with sex.... not sure that was a good idea, as today I feel a little "drained" if that makes sense at all. Anybody else experience that the next day after sex.... almost feeling "small" again? Had a morning wood this morning, but didn't feel like the EQ was anything more than a 7, which is disappointing.

                            20 minute wet jelq
                            10 minutes edging
                            1 successful DO!!!!

                            Had a great session last night. I felt like I could jelq forever! I finished up with some edging, and I had a successful DO, which was awesome. It felt like I was 12 and just learned how to jack off again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only did this once, and then I just quit without actually ejaculating, trying to save up and only actually do that during sex. We will see how that works

                              I measured last night, girth is OVER 5 inches now, and BPEL is still around 6.5
                              BPSFL has gone up to 7 inches now!!! so that is .5 inches gain in 3 weeks! Not bad, hoping this means NBPEL is going to be gaining soon!!!!!
