    a lot of my gains are newbie gains. better EQ overall can make a huge difference in the beginning. I didn't gain much length at first, but after a month of consistent work I started to see some nice gains. What does your routine look like????

      - 15-20 mins warmup
      - Stretching 30sec in all directions
      - Helicopter shakes and 10 slow big circles in both directions
      - 10x25 sec stretches, stretching unit from under your leg while standing up (found this advanced exercise on another site)
      - Flaccid bend 4x30sec in all directions
      - 3x100 3-5sec jelqs
      - 90 V-jelqs
      - 200 fast kegels, 30 5sec kegels

      1,5 months of JP90 and 0.2" girth gains (from 12 to 12,5 cm very clearly), zero length.

          DAY 55 and DAY 56

          I am really liking Big Als Non Jelq routine.

          keep trekking along my man! Maybe you are focusing too much on stretching. I honestly don't do a whole lot of the stretches, but since I've been doing the Jelq free routine mixed with jp90 routine I started seeing the most benefits.

          I will do the JP90 routine maybe 2 or 3 days a week and the jelq free routine 2 or 3 days a week. I only rest when i feel like i NEED it! This will make you get more out of your workout. If you are NOT sore after 3 days straight, you need to up the intensity. I like doing ULIs as well!!

            I am also taking natural testosterone boosters in a mix. Tribulus teresstris, Rhodiola, Ginseng, Horny goat weed, Eurycoma longifolia 20:1, maca Root, Muira Puama and some other stuff. This is a proprietary blend. I take this everyday and have noticed better EQ just from this.

            The other product that I have been taking daily is a NITRIC OXIDE booster, I use bodybuilding supplements for this so its already mixed, but the main ingredient in these products is L-Citruline and Arginine..

            If you are not doing these products I HIGHLY recommend adding it in!

            Nitric Oxide basically opens up the soft muscle tissue so you can get better blood flow to your muscles AND down south!

              Hey. I'm still doing the JP90 routine so I'm not really stretching THAT much, but I plan to after JP90, because they say stretching targets length. Jelqing takes up most of my time. I will accept your advice and not rest automatically after 3 days unless I am sore.

              I think I will continue jelqing after JP90 as well, cause I'm gaining in girth because of it. Will do the jelq free routine one day and JP90 routine the next day.

              I don't take any products, but am planning to buy a bunch of oils that contain vitamins which will improve the health of my unit:
              - Man 1 man oil
              - Coconut oil
              - Palmers cocoa butter skin therapy
              - Aloe vera
              - Tea tree oil

                  I have really lost track of my days --

                  DAY 60

                  I did some ULIs, with some squeezes, about 20 minutes of these exercises with extreme intensity in the morning AND another 20 minutes in the afternoon..

                  I am sore as all hell today, but it feels GOOD!! Definitely felt A LOT bigger yesterday after I did these exercises! I will measure soon, maybe tonight!

                    Yeah, in notepad on my phone. It's easier than doing it here. My exercise is always the same until I finish JP90, so I just write down on and off days to see how many sessions I do per month.

                      DAY 61

                      10 minutes of ULIs and SQUEEZES, just working on forcing as much blood as possible and holding, squeezing, hand clamping! I have NOT had any red dots or any thing, I remember back when I did this about 10 years ago I had a lot of that going on. I feel like i'm WAY more intense with my exercises this time around, is this good or bad, or neither?

                      5 minutes of 30 second stretches in all directions, I hate stretching, I never feel like i'm doing it right..... hmmm
