    Monday 9th May
    Decent workout,
    stretches in all directions, 3 sets of jelqs, 2 sets v jelqs and some erect bends away from curve.
    Noticed some swelling around the circumcision area, but dont think its major.

        Well i dont think i can keep a consistant routine, dont have enough time. I will try to PE twice a week at least, but from now im going to start counting workouts rather than use dates. Will measure after 30 workouts.

        Workout 4
        Stretches all directions (might pay to warm up next time)
        Jelqs 30 reps
        Vjelqs 30 reps

        15 Erect bends away from curve
        Few more jelqs

        felt quite girthy yesterday really want a bigger flaccid hang so will start doing kegels through the day too. Hopefully next workout on wednesday

          Had a revelation on how small penis actually is an how screwed it looks, was pretty depressed about it but hey, can not do much about it exept PE. Just want to get to 6 inches and no bend.

          Could not stretch properly, got hard to quick
          Jelqs 30 reps
          Erect bends away from curve, plus bending to required position and kegeling
          Vjelqs 30 reps
          Jelqs 30 reps
          Vjelqs 20 reps
          more bends away from curve in between.

                  Warm up with a hot sock
                  same workout set
                  previous workout was 4 days ago! exams for the next few weeks so might be inconsistent. After that will move into a good consistent routine.

                      Hey BluEDream,

                      Firstly 6 inches is a pretty decent size, as you will soon find out around these forums, I am only 4.65 inches. I think the average is around 5.5 Inches? so technically you are above average!

                      The best place to start is with JP's beginner rorutine man, heres the link:

                      Have a careful read of that thread man and start slow, get a consistent routine going and after a few months im sure you will see gains!
                      Make sure you read that thread though, and look up those excersises from here:

                      Penis Exercise

                      When you understand how to do them, start slow and be careful, remember to warm up before each workout out and you should be set!

                        Same routine.
                        I have a feeling that my curvature is improving, but not sure. Too early to tell, hopefully over the next few months an improvement will be noticed.
                        Exams finish soon! Cant wait to get into a good routine.

                          Tried to workout today. Got some stretches in, but then felt sore, so left the jelqs and bends for another day.
                          Next work out will probably be next saturday!! damn exams!

                            Gained

                            Measured today, just out of curiosity, and I have gained! not much but hey its something
                            Am now 4.75 inches, up from 4.65. So pretty much back where i started before my surgery. I would probably put the gains down to better eq, although i have always had good eq. This measurement was at eq of around 9?
                            So since i started PE, this has been my progress:

                            Initial stats (Vaguely remember measuring)

                            NBPEL: 4.5 inches
                            EG: 5 inches

                            Stats (March 2010):
                            NBPEL: 4.75 Inches
                            BPEL: 5.2 InchesEG botom: 5.25 inches
                            EG top: 5 inches

                            Stats (3rd May 2011) - After surgery
                            NBPEL - 4.625
                            BPEL - 5.125
                            EG bottom - 5.25
                            EG top - 5.0
                            NBPFL - 2.5

                            Current Stats (13th June 2011)
                            NBPEL - 4.75 (will measure all stats after 20 more workouts)

                            'When' I hit 5 inches NBPEL I will know for sure that PE is working for me. Hopefully in the next few months
                            Cheers PE gym for all the support on here. I am so much more secure about my penis than i was a few years ago! (Even though its pretty small lol)

                              Yes! finished exams, now time for a proper routine.
                              Will be doing 2 days on 1 day off, unless im sore, then 1 day on 1 day off.
                              Good workout - same routine - need more work on stretches.
