Dude this is awesome. I have very minor hypospadias but am starting to feel the effects, it never used to bother me. I am getting this dent in my corpus sponge and it is starting to go down my shaft. Im just wondering do you think it was worth getting surgery, and for what reasons. I am considering it but am super nervous as everything does work fairly well, it just bugs me sometimes.

Thanks man, Yeah hypospadias is pretty lame aye. Rekon you could post a picture up? Dont really know what you mean sorry.
With regards to surgery, my advice is only go into it unless your completely sure you need it. I can tell you that the initial recovery period (around 3-4 weeks for me) was probably the worst time of my life. Since my surgery involved relocation of the urethra, I had to where a catheter for 10 days. But yeah its pretty intense. Only go for surgery if you have a bad case. Even after surgery my urethra is not exactly where it should be, probably half centimeter off (doctors fault), and I still have the downward curvature problem at the head.

How bad is yours?

Well it is almost like yours, but my hole is very close to where the normal hole is. The problem Im having is my corpus sponge is like dented right on the underside, and when i pee you can actually see my urethra bubble out. It is very inconvenient, and I would also like to change the look. Im about 6x5... Just worried about complications, like is it going to be normal peeing and masterbating

Oh right, how large of a dent is it? After my surgery, the area corrected swells slightly when I pee and if I push on it will stop the flow.
You could see a specialist, make sure you find someone really good, the doc who did mine was supposed to be the best in the country so went with him. I would suspect it would be an easy fix but its best to get it looked at and have all the possible downsides explained. Did you get circumcised because of hypospadias?

Not terribly large, it just bothers me sometimes. My hole is basically where your other one used to be, in the pics. How do you feel about the surgery is everything working okay, better erections, peeing, pain? I am seriously starting to consider surgery.

I think I will need what is called a meatal advancement, which usually results in few complications. And how are you feeling about your look?

Hey Jonny boy, sorry bout the late reply. The surgery was ok everything works fine, wasnt too happy with the placement of the urethra, its still not at the very tip of the glans, but its much better than before. 5 days from the surgery i got an erection and it kinda screwed up the skin underneath (which was reconstructed). If not for that I would be in much better shape. Now i have to keep stretchin the bottom penile skin to match the top.. sucks!

The look is much better (compared to before). Id say unless absolutely needed dont go for surgery. Mine was pretty bad (asthetically), which is why i went for it. But yeah it didnt fix my donward bend though!

I'm back! It has been a while! Haven't been doing any PE really. Keen to get start again and hit my goal of 6 inches NBPEL by the end of the year. Had my first proper workout over the weekend, felt good! Time to give this some priority
