    Hello everybody, I'm 22 years old, and I'm new to PEGym. When I first stumbled upon this forum, I was slightly sceptical about the possibility of PE. However, after having read through many of the success stories posted, I have decided to give it a go.

    Having read through the recommended beginner threads, I initially started with JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. However, after experiencing some minor negative PI's, which may or may not have been caused by PE, I have decided to switch to a lighter routine.

    From 13 February, I will be following PESG's 'Frustrated Beginner' Routine, and I will continue to use this routine until growth stagnates, or I make no gains within 3 months.

    The new revised routine will be as follows, on a 2 day on/1 day off schedule:

    • 10 minutes of warm up with a hot wash cloth
    • 10 minutes of stretching (helicopter shakes and stretching all 5 directions)
    • 10 minutes of wet OK jelqs
    • 10 minutes of edging, ejaculating every third session
    • 10 minute shower to warm down

    Whilst for my own record-keeping I plan to take measurements in both seated and standing positions, in this progress log all measurements are taken standing.

    I'll also be trying out AP90 alongside JP90. I only watch porn a couple of times a week at the moment so I wouldn't say I'm 'addicted', but I would like to try and get out of the habit altogether if possible.

    Welcome Bukowski and thanks for joining us. Nice to see you have done some home work first. I think your routine sounds great. Be safe, consistent and persistent and you will reach your goals.

      Hey "Ski" nice to have you around! Thanks for joining this awesome community and becoming a part of what is a most unique arena of ideas. If you haven't already, take a read through the START HERE button located above or in the stickies found in the beginner forums. Use us as motivation to continue your routine. This is a long slow slog so don't get frustrated if you don't see immediate results. Everyone is different and progresses at different speeds. PE safely, watch your PI's and don't over train. Glad to have you aboard!

        I didn't mention it in my original post (I'm going to edit it in), but I'll also be trying out the AP90 alongside JP90, as both are (of course) 90 days. I rarely watch porn at the moment anyway, maybe a couple of times each week, but would like to get out of the habit altogether if possible.

            Day 1

            Just performed full routine, warm up felt nice and stretches and jelqs were comfortable. I'm finding it a little difficult to maintain the 60-70% erection sweet spot, at the moment it rather ends up being 30-40% or 100%. I guess this will come with practice.

            I edged for 15 minutes instead of 10 as it took me longer than usual to reach PONR, as I had sex last night. I think edging will become easier and feel more productive as I abstain from both porn and masturbation.

            Flaccid looks ever so slightly larger than usual one hour later, hopefully that continues as I keep up the routine.

            Will be keeping an eye on my PI's throughout the day.

            So far, so good.

              Congrats on finding us...I stumbled into the Gym about 3 and a half years ago and was an absolute skeptic. My starting measurements were nothing to boast about, but I was blessed with great newbie gains and I wish you the same.

              Kudos to you for starting your own progress log and JP90 is what took me to my first and impressive newbie gains.
              I'll be watching your progress and wish you lots of success on you PE journey!

                Thanks getinbig, your success story thus far was one of the progress logs that inspired me to try this out.

                      It's great to see you guys encouraging each other. I've had a lot of that here at the Gym. This is a great site with lots of nice people willing to share their experience and knowledge about PE. Keep up the good work guys!

                        Day 2

                        Performed same routine as yesterday, found it slightly easier today to main the 60-70% erection sweet spot. As with yesterday, flaccid is hanging nicely at the moment.

                        Only potential negative PI to report so far is slight discolouration/redness at the moment, but I only finished up 30 minutes ago. Will see how this fades throughout the day and if it persists will reduce routine time tomorrow.

                          Day 3

                          I'm pleased to report the redness subsided yesterday within about an hour of my post, so I assume this was temporary due to increased blood in the penis following jelqing/edging.

                          Once again, today was the same routine. However, I reduced my OK jelq time by 5 minutes as I felt slightly tender towards the end.

                          I'm having a strange mix of PI's today:


                          Positive
                          • Flaccid is hanging better, not length but it feels like it is has more volume.
                          • A number of veins are bulging a lot more both flaccid and erect, suggesting better blood flow.
                          • Much better erection quality, I find I'm getting to 90/100% more frequently.
                          • Penis looks 'fuller' (more volume) when erect, however I could be imagining this as I've not actually taken any measurements (I'm planning on measuring just once a week to avoid obsessing about gains).


                          Negative
                          • Erections have become less frequent, and take slightly longer to get there. I'm not sure if this is down to PE or other causes (related to next point).
                          • Generally less horny than usual, as in the previous point I could attribute this to other causes, in particular a bit of anxiety I'm having at the moment relating to family issues and an unrelated medical condition.


                          Neutral
                          • Slight redness following PE (as I said at the start, this seems to disappear within 1-2 hours)
                          • Slight achiness in penis during stretching



                          I'm finding my PI's hard to interpret as some of them seem to contradict each other, mainly the fact that while my erections have become less frequent, they are better quality than usual when I do get them.

                          To be safe, I'm going to move to 3 on/1 off (making tomorrow a day off) instead of 5 on/2 off for a couple of weeks until I've conditioned my member more. I know PE is a marathon and not a sprint!

                          It would be nice to think the less frequent erections and decreased libido are due to the unrelated causes I mentioned, but in any event it would be good to hear what more experienced PE'ers think of my PI's.

                            Hey Ski, thanks for the detailed update. Give willey a chance to adjust to the new found exercises. More frequent rest days in the beginning is not a bad thing. You will learn over time what type of recovery you need and your training should strengthen as you adjust. But, overall, great job and thanks for sharing. Others who are new to PE will appreciate your log.

                              Thanks for your reply ZZ, so would you say my less frequent erections are not a major cause for concern at the moment? as I said, I'm not too worried about it myself just yet, as it could be down to the other cause I mentioned in my above post, but to be safe I am still going to take a rest day tomorrow.
