Hello everybody, I'm 22 years old, and I'm new to PEGym. When I first stumbled upon this forum, I was slightly sceptical about the possibility of PE. However, after having read through many of the success stories posted, I have decided to give it a go.
Having read through the recommended beginner threads, I initially started with JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. However, after experiencing some minor negative PI's, which may or may not have been caused by PE, I have decided to switch to a lighter routine.
From 13 February, I will be following PESG's 'Frustrated Beginner' Routine, and I will continue to use this routine until growth stagnates, or I make no gains within 3 months.
The new revised routine will be as follows, on a 2 day on/1 day off schedule:
• 10 minutes of warm up with a hot wash cloth
• 10 minutes of stretching (helicopter shakes and stretching all 5 directions)
• 10 minutes of wet OK jelqs
• 10 minutes of edging, ejaculating every third session
• 10 minute shower to warm down
Whilst for my own record-keeping I plan to take measurements in both seated and standing positions, in this progress log all measurements are taken standing.
I'll also be trying out AP90 alongside JP90. I only watch porn a couple of times a week at the moment so I wouldn't say I'm 'addicted', but I would like to try and get out of the habit altogether if possible.
