Hello all, still here! Just a quick update for today, the negative PI's seem to be resolving. EQ has returned to normal and, whilst I'm still not as horny as usual, my morning and night wood has returned. I'm confident that everything will be back to usual business by Monday, ready for me to restart with the lighter routine.

Update
Good evening all, my rest period has now come to an end. I'm pleased to say my neutral/negative PI's have resolved, and whilst I am still the same size (I didn't expect any gains in one week, don't worry!), I'm also pleased to say I have maintained slightly increased EQ.
I'll be restarting PE tomorrow with the lighter routine edited into my original post, and I'll also be starting a new fitness routine tomorrow, so two exciting life changes!
I look forward to sharing my renewed progress with you all over the coming months.

Day 1
Hello all, I've decided to restart my numbering at Day 1 today, to make things easier to track with the lighter routine. Not much to report after this morning's session. It felt just right after I finished edging, any longer would have probably made me slightly sore, so hopefully I've now found the sweet spot given the reduced time and intensity of my PE exercises.
I'm now off to the gym for the first session of my new fitness routine. As always, I will keep you all updated how things are going over the next few days, especially my PI's.

Day 2
Today's session felt real nice. I actually warmed up for 15 minutes instead of 10 because I love how thick my cock looks even after just warming up. The more warm up the better, right? No negative PI's this time round, just a nice flaccid hang and good EQ.

Day 3
Today is a rest day, with not much to report so far. Thankfully, no negative PI's this time round. Flaccid is still hanging nicely and my EQ last night during sex was very good. Also had some nice morning wood today, so everything is looking encouraging so far for the lighter routine.
Inspired by W10x8, and my newbie friend Double Meat, I've decided that I'm going to refrain from measuring until the 3 month mark (8 May 2017) in the hope that I am pleasantly surprised by some gains when that date rolls around, rather than obsessing about short term changes.

Day 4
Back on it today! Like Tuesday, I warmed up again for 15 minutes instead of 10. I'm not sure how much of a difference this makes in terms of PE effectiveness, but I might keep it up for the future (except when I'm short on time) as I really enjoy the warming up feeling. Getting those ligaments nice and loose feels strangely relaxing!
On to the session itself, the stretching and jelqing felt good today. No pain or tenderness, so I think my switch to 2 on/1 off from 5 on/2 off is working. Flaccid is hanging nicely, and although I've not had too many erections today, I think that's because I've been quite busy with various tasks throughout the day, meaning I haven't had many sexual thoughts creeping into my mind.

Days 5-7
It's been a few days without an update, apologies for being away for so long. I've been busy since mid-week, and whilst I've been occasionally browsing, I've only just found the time to update this log.
From what I remember of it, Day 5's session was good. Nothing unusual happened, so not much to report.
Day 6 (yesterday) was a rest day. Unfortunately, I haven't had any major positive PI's, but likewise I haven't had any negative PI's either, so I'm not worrying for the moment, just hoping my penis is working its magic slowly. The veins on my penis have also been bulging considerably ever since I started PE the first time round, I don't think this is a bad sign, but not sure if it really signifies anything positive either. Perhaps the only other major PI I've noticed is a slight increase in EQ, but I'm putting this down largely to edging without ejaculation.
Speaking of edging, after today's session (Day 7), I finally busted a nut after 4 days without ejaculation. Felt good, and looked even better shooting everywhere.
As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I started a new workout routine last week. That was merely my introductory week, things are going to start getting intense from tomorrow.
Time to get that BF% down and expose some more of that BPEL.

Day 8
Good afternoon all, today's session went well. I'm pleased to report my flaccid is still hanging nicely, my veins are still bulging, and EQ is still better than usual.
No soreness or tenderness at all and I'm not experiencing any negative PI's this time round, so I'm currently very much enjoying PESG's beginner routine. Feels much better for me personally than JP90 did.
Tomorrow is an off day in PE, but will still be hitting the gym hard. As always, will report in with how the PI's are going over the next couple of days.

Day 9
Good evening all, today was a rest day. That transpired to be a good thing, because today has been busy, and it would have been difficult to fit in my routine this morning.
Nothing major report to this post will be kept short. Still all good on the PI front, flaccid has returned to its normal size (as it usually does on rest days) but EQ is still very good and my libido has been high the past couple of days, which is encouraging.
I've also noticed I feel slightly thicker in my hand, but this could just be imagining things, or even down to EQ. Resisting the urge to measure until the 3 month mark as I don't want to get obsessed with the figures.

Day 10
Afternoon all, back on the PE train today. (Of course) I performed the same routine as described in my OP. Once again, nothing major to report. PI's are still looking good, my EQ has been very good and I still feel thicker in my hand at the base.
It's tempting to add further time to my routine given how good things are feeling down there, particularly as regarding stretches, but I'm resisting the urge, as I don't want to end up overtraining again.
On an unrelated note, I started my new training program properly on Monday. It's tough, but very much enjoying it. Hopefully by the 3 month mark (when I measure) my BF% will have reduced somewhat and my fat pad will be smaller.
Overall, motivation for PE is very good at the moment.
