  • Days 73-75

    Hello all. I've been pretty busy this weekend (another bank holiday!) so once again have found it difficult to post.

    I had a good session on Friday, and a nice rest day yesterday too. I also took today as an unplanned rest day as I've been really hungover and don't think it would have been a particularly productive session. Regardless, my PI's are still good. My flaccid is still hanging great and EQ is good.

    Also had a bit of a binge on my diet this weekend to refeed because I've been feeling pretty weak due to cutting for a few months consistently now. Back on the PE and diet train tomorrow.

        Hello Dzordzi, thanks for your kind words! My username isn't from Poland, in fact I'm from the UK. It was inspired by Charles Bukowski.

        • Day 76

          Good afternoon friends. I had a good PE session this morning after one of my best ever sessions at the gym. I trained fasted for the first time ever today, and found I didnt feel any weaker than usual, but I sweated a hell of a lot more. Could be good for shifting those last few pounds of stubborn fat before a clean bulk.

          Not much more to say. PI's are still good and I look forward to another productive session tomorrow.

          • Day 77

            Another great session this morning, stretching in particular is feeling really good at the moment. It seems a shame to have a rest day when my PI's are so good, but I know it's important to take a break to recharge. I keep telling myself it's a marathon, not a sprint, and that is keeping me motivated to stay on course.

            Tomorrow is actually going to be quite a busy one in my personal life, so it's actually a good coincidence that it's a rest day too. Will be back on Thursday as always to update.

            • Days 78-80

              Afternoon all. Sorry I didn't get chance to post yesterday, had another busy evening! It was good to take a rest on Wednesday. Had great sessions both yesterday and today.

              I've cut my stretching time back down to 10 minutes from 15 minutes as I've been a bit pushed for time lately, and I've actually found my PI's have been ever better since, so perhaps 15 minutes was too much after all. I'll be returning to and sticking with 10 minutes from now. Flaccid is hanging great at the moment and EQ during edging has been pretty insane.

              Only 10 days to go until measurement day, looking forward to it.

              • Days 81-84

                Wow, it's been quite a few days since I last updated this log. Things have been pretty busy in my personal life so I've barely been online at all, let alone on PEGym. I don't remember exactly how every day has been, it's been pretty much business as usual apart from yesterday when I was short on time and I had to pick between stretching and jelqing (I went for the former).

                I had a good rest day today and I'm ready to get back on it tomorrow. My PI's have been absolutely great for the past week or so. Things are looking encouraging at the moment.

                Looking ahead to the future, I have realised the elusive measurement day (Day 90) falls on a rest day, so I'm going to postpone measuring by 1 day to before my Day 91 session, to allow my penis to recover on the rest day from any potential temporary gains caused by the sessions on the previous two days. I think that will give the most accurate representation of how I'm measuring up at the moment.

                Might not be back tomorrow as things are still pretty busy but will definitely check in before the next rest day.

                • I was wondering if everything was okay! Good luck with all the personal stuff, Buk. You can know how life can get. Inching (pun intended) closer to your measurement date. Got my eyes glued on this page to see what happens.

                    Cheers DM, all is good at the moment! When I said personal life, I thankfully meant good stuff (spending a lot of time with family, socialising with friends, working out etc.). The bad things that were going on the past couple of months have cleared up, but thank you for the concern. Hope you're good too! Looking forward to seeing how I measure up in a week or so.

                      Good evening friends. Not much to report today. Had two good sessions yesterday and today, and I'm still having good PI's. My flaccid hang has been particularly nice the past week or so. My libido is also slowly returning, as the bad things that were going on in my personal life the past couple of months have now cleared up, and I'm under much less stress.

                      Tomorrow is a rest day and I have a busy weekend planned so will likely be back on Sunday to update on how the two weekend sessions go.

                        Hello! Hope you all had a good weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to skip yesterday's session, but I had a great session just now. PI's have been excellent over the weekend, Enjoying how my flaccid is at the moment, and I've had great EQ.

                        I will be performing a session tomorrow to make up for the yesterday's missed session, so I'll now be measuring on the morning of Day 93 instead of Day 91. Sorry to keep you all in suspense, I'm eager to know how I'm coming along too!

                        As always, I will be back after tomorrow's session for another update.

                            • Day 93 (3 MONTH MEASUREMENT)

                              Hello all. Today was the elusive measurement day, and I come bearing both good and bad news.

                              I'll start with the bad news to get it out of the way. I didn't gain any girth at all. Not even a whisker. I find this weird considering I've felt thicker in my hand, but the tape measure doesn't lie. Maybe I felt harder without it necessarily having got thicker? Answers on a postcard please.

                              On to the good news, I did gain in length! My NBPEL is now 6.10", and my BPEL has increased to 6.90", representing an increase of 0.2" BPEL and 0.3" NBPEL (I think more NBPEL due to reduced fat pad from weight loss).

                              I'm going to remeasure again a couple of times over the next few days to check the measurements weren't an anomaly, but I'm pretty sure they're correct.

                              So, I didn't quite reach my 3 month goals, but perhaps they were overly optimistic. Importantly, at least I've gained something. My next steps are to figure out where to go from here, especially in relation to girth, since jelqing doesn't seem to be doing much for me on that front.

                              I'm going to stick with my normal routine for another few rounds of sessions until I can work out a new routine, but after that I think it will be time to change it up. Any suggestions are very welcomed.

                              • Question

                                Further to my previous post, I just thought I'd make a separate post to ask for recommendations on where I should go from here. My current routine is clearly working for length, but the two problems are (1) it's quite long (nearly an hour including warm-up and warm-down), and (2) it's had no effect on girth.

                                I'm considering whether it would be a good idea to move over to Big Al's jelq free routine to save on time and hit girth more, but would very much appreciate any thoughts/suggestions on to what routine would be most appropriate now I'm sufficiently conditioned.
