    I haven't made a log in the past because I didn't feel the need to update my progress all the time, but I'm starting a new routine and I'd like to document it here, better late than never I suppose.

    This routine is influenced from Stan's routine where it's multiple short sessions throughout the day. I've never done a routine like this so I'm hoping it "shocks" me into some gains.

    I've been experimenting for a couple days to find what works best in the most efficient time possible. The idea of this routine is to constantly remind my package I want him bigger.

    Initial size (6/15/2016)
    BPEL: 6 1/8 inches
    MEG: 5 11/16 inches
    BEG: Unknown (Can't be much different than my current size, I've barely done any girth work)
    BPFSL: Unknown (Didn't understand the importance of this measurement when I first started)

    Start of log size:
    BPEL: 7 3/4 inches
    MEG: 5 3/4 inches
    BEG: 6 inches
    BPFSL: 7 3/4

    Routine:
    45 second stretches
    -straight out
    -to the left/right
    -45 degrees up
    -straight down
    -hamstring fulcrum to the left/right

    I do this every 1-3 hours, naturally other things come up throughout the day, but I consider that rest time. I don't let PE get in the way of my life, but I have a good amount of free time and it's a short routine.

    After the routine I usually measure at 8-8 1/8 BPFSL. I've gotten to 8 1/4 once. My goal in this routine is to make my resting BPFSL 8 1/4. If my BPEL doesn't increase by the time I get there, I will start a jelqing routine. 6 inch girth would be nice to have, but that isn't my priority right now and to be honest, I don't care if I increase my girth, I'm content with 5 3/4.

    I'll update my BPFSL after the routine and the time of day I did it every night.

    My EQ isn't effected at all from this routine even though it's a good amount of stretching and I usually edge every other day for 30-60 minutes. I try not to ejaculate 2 days in a row and I don't like edging without ejaculating.

    First off, those are some very impressive gains you have made. It sounds like you have hit a plateau. After the gains you have made I'm sure you are running into the law of diminishing returns. It will be interesting to see how this routine will workout for you. Good luck.

      Thank you. I always shake my head when people say manual exercises are good for nothing. I haven't spent a penny on PE! Although I do understand extenders if you really have no time on your hands.

      I've definitely run into diminishing returns. I don't need more length anyway, I just want it, haha.

        I consider anything over 7 3/4 a successful session since it goes past my rested BPFSL. Today I got all 8 or above which is nice, sometimes it's just under 8. Measurements below.

          This is my stretching technique
          -Fire starters for a few seconds just to get the blood flowing and some warmth. I don't do them for long because I don't want to get an erection.
          -Gently squeeze the glans to get any blood out.
          -Grip about mid shift, grip placement really depends on how loose your foreskin is.
          -Slowly ease into the stretch until I can't stretch any further.
          -Hold it for 45 seconds and then repeat in other directions, few seconds rest in between.
          -BPFSL measurement
          -End with fire starters until I have at least 50% EQ. I like to give myself a semi after to keep myself a bit engorged for a little while after.

          * I grip with the standard OK grip, but I put my middle finger over my index to add strength and avoid fatigue.

          *I also do 5 second inhales and 5 second exhales while stretching. That helps me keep completely flaccid.

            From now on I'm going to log total sessions, average BPFSL and highest/lowest session length. I had the last two days to myself today so I got in more sessions than normal. My EQ was a bit lower than usual today while edging. It could just be random, but to stay on the safe side I'm going to do a max of 6 sessions everyday. I've done 6 sessions before and had no EQ issue so I'll stick with that for the time being.

              Very happy about getting over 8 inches every session today. I was tempted to go do more than 6 sessions, but I don't take risks when it comes my unit. If my EQ is back to normal for the next few edging sessions I'll try adding stretching sessions and see what happens.

                I accidentally did 7 sessions instead of 6, no EQ problems though. I hit 8 1/4 after every session except one where I got to 8. I think it may have been do to the warm weather today, regardless I'm pleasantly surprised by that. My resting BPFSL hasn't changed much if at all. When it comes to 1/16ths of an inch I don't give it much thought. I think a quarter inch of length for multiple days straight is when you know you've made a true gain and not just good EQ for the day or luck, for lack of a better word.

                  8 sessions and no EQ problems today either. I'm pretty sure the day I had low EQ was just one of those days, as tonight while edging my EQ was great. 8 1/4 BPFSL is becoming expected after a stretching session. Today I hit a new personal record of 8 3/8 which I'm excited about. Hopefully I see it again tomorrow.

                    Not the best PE weather today, it was rainy and pretty cold today. Looking forward to the more consistent warmer weather in the near future. Another plus to this routine is you don't really give yourself a chance to turtle, even in colder weather, since you're stretching throughout the day.

                      Skipped edging tonight, just not in the mood to be honest. On a side note, my pelvic floor has been in really good shape recently. I dropped kegels a week or two ago, I don't plan to return to them unless I need to, I'm still squatting and doing other stretches though.

                      I think the upward stretches are helping to keep my pelvic floor relaxed, there's a thread about solving Pre-E and the poster said stretching helped him solve it, among other things. I used to not do upward stretches because I thought they made me turtle, but they haven't been recently.

                          I learned a new stretch today, it's called the DLD Rotary stretch. It's like combining a rotary stretch with a tunica tug. You have one hand gripping the base rotating the opposite direction as the hand gripping below the glans. Today I did 5 reps clockwise and 5 reps counter clockwise with my right hand below the glans and left hand at the base, then I did the same reps with my left hand below the glans and right hand at the base. 1-2 second reps.

                          I thought tunica tugs were too intense to do throughout the day so I didn't include them in my original routine. These are lighter intensity though and put a stretch into the whole shaft so I'll be including them until further notice.

                          After my first experimentation with them I hit 8 3/8 BPFSL. I wasn't as lucky the last 3 sessions of the day after, maxing out at 8 1/4, which I'm still pleased with, but I'll keep faith in them.

                              The last couple days when I measure my BPFSL before the routine, which I always do, it's measured at 8 inches. I'm not sure if that's permanent yet, but I consider it a positive PI nonetheless. Warm weather is coming soon and I feel that will help. I've only been PEing for 11 months, but warm weather just seems more convenient for everything about PE.
