  • DO- muscles involved

    Hello! https://cdn.pegym.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.png

    I have progressed in this period. Now, i can stop the ejaculation, with no drops and no hard strugle of the muscles. It is soft now, i can softly stop the ejaculation. And no drops.

    My question now is: When stoping the ejaculation, with what kind of kegel muscles should i do it? With front muscles (IC+BC) or back muscles (PC)? Or both parts? or is not important?

    Or this is not important...since i manage to stop ejaculation with no drops.

    Should i move on to the next level: make it 2 x DO on session?

    Thanks a lot!

    You sound a bit confused, at least in your understanding of the functions of the pelvic floor muscles. The PC is the primary muscle group for a normal Kegel. The BC is the muscle group for a Reverse Kegel. Most guys learn to stave off the IK's/ INVOLUNTARY kEGELS (related to the PC muscles), by performing a RK, thereby countering & relaxing the PC muscles and eliminating / controlling the IK's just before PONR; riding the orgasmic wave with little or no decline in EQ.

    I'm assuming by "drops" you are referring to a decline in EQ, correct?

      OK, yes, i understant wrong the difference between PC si BC muscles.

      What i wanted to say was that i can normal kegel with Front of the muscles (muscles between testicles and anus) and Back muscles (anus muscles). When PONR starts i just squeeze both areas?

      Drops mean drops of sperme.

      So, with what kind of kegel muscles should i do it? With front muscles or back muscles? Or both parts? or is not important?

      Or this is not important...since i manage to stop ejaculation with no drops of sperme?

        The back ones are the first line of defense. As the sperm is leaving the testicles. The front are important if the fluid is moving up the tube. Usually it is too late to stop it all. The point is you are stopping the fluid so you are doing it correctly. Now work up to 10 or more.

          Ok, great, thanks.

          Yes, i can stop the fluid and it seams that i can do it easily now, with no hard squeeze of legs or abdomen (here i have to work a little bit).

          Why some guys are trying to stop IK's? They appears before the PONR...so they do not affect nothing...no?

            With practice during sex, once you learn to recognize your own unique orgasm triggers while thrusting, Dry O guys can learn to just naturally RK & K to maintain a very satisfying orgasm while surfing the waves of mutual orgasm with their partner. It becomes a totally subconscious / "involuntary" action while thrusting; somewhat like down shifting through the gears of your FERRARI while racing toward the finish line, & weaving through the curves in Monaco!

              For some the IOS happen immediately. So they can't go for more than a few seconds. For them the IS are killers.

                IS = IOS?

                IS= involuntary Spasms?

                  According to thihs topic: "https://www.pegym.com/forums/premature-ejaculation-forum/42035-confusion-reverse-kegels.html" - Front reverse kegels target and isolate your BC muscle, this is the muscle that wraps around the inner part of the penis and causes involuntary contractions.
                  -And "
                  Back reverse kegels target your PC and IC muscles."

                  So, BC muscles are for Normal and Reverse Kegel but for front area and PC/IC muscles are for
                  Normal and Reverse Kegel but for back area?
