    Cheap chinese extender- for 15 $ quick extender pro system 3rd or something like that.I don`t use it as extender anymore.Only doing some manual work,using the front part of the extender.Extending It`s pain in the ass,if you ask me

      It really is! I've got uses to it though. And got some good gains at the beginning. But it seems to have stalled. So i'm trying some hanging in combination with the extender. We'll se how it goes.

        Only got to hang for about 20 minutes yesterday. Life got in the way. And about 2,5h extender. Not in the flow at the moment.

            Really sore feeling today. Using extender and Stretching at about 20 cm. Good sign maybe? Usually i stretch at 19-20 but today 20 seemed easier.

              6h extender today and 45 minutes Hanging. Got some red dots. They seem to have darkened somewhat during the day. Will rest tomorrow i think.. maybe some extending only

                no gains, wearing the extender today after all. Feels like it doesnt do much for me these days. Got a bit spoiled with fast early gains i guess.

                  Been going at at pretty hard the last few day's and it might look like i have som small gains. Maybe 18.2 with normal eq. Going to continue to do AS much pe AS possible before surgery on tuesday. After that i will probably need a week or so break.

                          Doo eeet! I think you should slap the doctor in the face with it! No matter woman or man for no other reason then pure revenge.
