    • Honestly I'm suffering more from the 4 1/2 of sleep. Time to drink 9 cups of coffee!

Well somehow I managed to survive the day. Note to self: Eating stir fry and drinking heavily is not a good idea; every time I burped I cringed. Oh well, drinking my smoothie right now...Out with the bad, in with the good .

Try a PB&J sandwich next time. Should do the trick.
People may not remember what you did or what you said but they'll always remeber how you made them feel. 😉

              • OK, since it is now Thursday and I am obviously not doing any exercises, I'm going to go ahead and call this my 2nd rest week . I will measure again this weekend to see what's changed after 2 weeks off and then resume exercises next week...I think . I can't decide if I want more girth or not. Ugh.

                • Someone needs a cooking lesson or two. Did you really drink out on Sherry? Might as well belly up to a bowl of sugar with some grain alcohol. Way too sweet for my or anyone's taste. However, if that was all that was available, we will give you a pass. If a real decision on your part, then lets continue this conversation. Whisky, bourbon, vodka... just some of the options available out there.

                  • @ $7 a bottle and 17% alcohol, sherry is a cheap option . Multiple applications. I either like em sweet or dry. I like sherry because it has a nutty flavor. Weird but I like it. Jim Bean has been my go to as of late. Love me some Paul Masson Grande Amber VSOP, Captain Morgan's, Sailor Jerry's, heck there's not much I don't like. Like it all neat as well, don't mix it, keep it pure and don't water it down with ice. There are a few mixes I like such as Moscow Mule, mojito, Long Island, and Bahama Mama. BAM. There's my drink-ology!

Oh, Ravage blended red is my fav wine.

Not one to water down my alcohol with water, sprtizers, or tonics. Straight up, chilled with an olive is my heaven. Do the math, Sherry at 17% alcohol or another alcohol at 40% alcohol and what gets you the most bang for your buck? I don't drink rot gut, but I'm no top shelfer as they are too expensive. Lots of mid-range options to choose from. Hmm. Tequila goes good with Burritos I've been told....

Like em dry and hot . Wine works differently than liquor though for some people it gets to them quicker. Forgot to mention that I like scotch. Found this stuff called Mcclelland that is a single malt and I can get it for around $20 or less. I like the Islay but haven't tried the others. Excellent quality at a good price .

I like tequila but prefer drinks that have more of a complex profile. The ones that no matter how many times you drink it, you always feel like you are discovering new attributes.
