Been working my tail off. Pushups, pull ups, running, you know, the good stuff. Not eating too much due to stress but whatever. Now at a new all time low for weight. 188lbs! Need to measure NBPEL now. Happy with the pecs and flabs! Hey it's a work in progress, right? LOL

Measured straight out of bed eye buggers and all this morning and BPEL looked to be 7.25ish, granted EQ wasn't the greatest. MEG was still 5.5
Will measure all metrics later today and reassess my PE journey
.....AGAIN.

Alright took measurements again.
BPEL: Between 7.25" and 7.5" so I'm going 7.25"
MEG: SOLID 5.5"
NBPEL: 6.25"
BPFSL: 7.75"
Looks like PE continues for the burrito. I'm thinking that if I want to be 7.5" when it is all said and done I need to shoot for 7.75" so that after the deconditioning and best attempts at cementing are done I can rest at a solid 7.5".Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Yeah, it seems that one most overshoot in order to land on target. Girth gains were less vulnerable.Originally posted by Undead View PostThats a good idea. So, some observations. I went little over a week doing absolutely nothing. No edging, exercises, fap, NOTHING. Consequently, the burrito showed absolutely no signs of life except for morning wood. Just from 2 sessions of POWER jelqing, he's had semi-hard ons all day. Felt like a Frankenstein movie "IT'S ALIVE, IT'S ALIVE!" LOL. Wow, the power of PE and it's effects on burritos. Workouts begin tomorrow

Gains or no gains during break, going back into the exercises after the break will be like having a fresh start and hopefully be more productive since your burrito isn't already worn down. In regards to time off, I think if you slowly decrease your reps and intensity as you approach your break you will have better chances at maintaining what you have gained and potentially increasing. Quitting cold turkey is honestly a wild card. You may see more girth benefits than length since girth takes longer to heal and your giving yourself just that. Just my thoughts... don't take them to the bank though!Originally posted by Girthworm Jim View PostLooking forward to my 1-2 week break tomorrow. I've been delaying it for too long and expect to see some serious gains! Interested to hear if you think you would get more improvements with more time off too.
