5min shower warmup, minimum 150 jelqs, 3min cool down (approx 20min total shower time). Wear extender 2h before and after work. JP90 style stretches plus the 4 additional angles before and after lunch.
M-W-F
10min clamping sessions before and after lunch. Clamp applied flacid.
