    Sticking to same routine this week.

    M-F
    5min shower warmup, minimum 150 jelqs, 3min cool down (approx 20min total shower time). Wear extender 2h before and after work. JP90 style stretches plus the 4 additional angles before and after lunch.

    M-W-F
    10min clamping sessions before and after lunch. Clamp applied flacid.

    Sat-Sun
    Rest days

      Upped to 15 min clamping sessions... lost track of time lol and no ill effects (good color, could still feel my burrito, etc.). Good news is that I can no longer clamp at the second to the last click, my erection was swelling between my cheeks and nothing was going past the clamp . Have to be 3 clicks out... that means I'm growing right? lol.

        Kick that porn out man...shit is extremely damaging to your psychology.

        You go in detail about your stretches/jelqs, but say edging and thats it. FOCUS on edging man, that will help you with penile expansion more than anything. do it end of your workouts for atleast 10-15min reaching PONR 2-3+ times. Itll help you with gains a lot.

          Appreciate the advice and completly agree. I cut back on edging to help with the porn issue. Willing to sacrifice it for a period of time for the greater good but am gradually bringing it back as I gain better control over the addiction. Thanks again bro and feel free to drop some advice any time!

            May i ask, how is it when you just click down two clicks and then get an erection to Clamp down to the last 2?

            Isnt your erection hard when you do it?

            I mean so firm and rigid that it doesnt get expansion?

              I apply te clamp while completely flaccid and usually click all the way down to where only one notch is visible and then get the erection going. Now I have to do it with two notches showing. Otherwise the swelling doesn't go past the clamp. The erections are rock solid when clamping increasing expansion by at least an inch (haven't measured yet).

                So today the wife randomly comes into the bathroom while I'm showering this morning and pops here head in the shower to "say good morning"....I have a large cup pressed up against my burrito (warming up). I'm thinking to myself, "crap how am I going to explain this one?" SO, apparently having my burrito floating around in a large cup filled with hot water helps me to "wake up" or at least that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!! Well it does help my burrito to wake up right? I wasn't lying...

                  Giving my pre-dick-ament I have decided to tactfully revise my current routine... which will help me focus on length more.

                  Revised Routine:
                  • 5-10 minute warm up in shower; NO CUP!!! (she is suspicious that I'm fapping in shower because I'm in there so long... not fapping, jelqing )
                  • Get dressed and go to bathroom to do JP90 stretches plus the 4 extra angles 2x/day
                  • Apply extender after stretches for 2+ hours
                  • Remove extender and use jelqing device I made (100ish jelqs to start)
                  • On M-W-F clamping after jelqs (5-10 minutes) 2x/day
                  • Edge for 5-10 minutes (time permitting)
                  • Wear extender again after work for 2ish hours

                    BPEL: 6.75 (+.15)
                    MEG: 5.4
                    Clamped MEG: ~5.75

                        So I measured myself this morning while doing an edging session and I'm measuring 7" BPEL. Not sure what to believe since I measured 6.75" at the end of last week. I'm using the same measuring tape and doing it the exact same way. Still trying to figure this one out. I want to believe it but the analytical side of me says there's no way. Even though I'm against frequent measuring, I'm going to make an exception this time and keep measuring throughout the week to see if I'm consistently hitting 7". When I measured girth again I'm still at 5.4". Can't express how happy it made me to see end of my burrito just past the 7" marker. More to come....

                                No kidding!!! I had to seriously re-evaluate my PE regiment. No more shower jelqs! That would be the end! I keep a cable clamp in one of my pockets. It had now been dubbed my "fidget". LOL .

                                I can say though that I prefer my jelqing device much more than just using my hands. THANKS WIFE I OWE YOU ONE!!!
