    Lost ny cable clamp and the home depot didn't have them. Gonna have to order some. Which blows.

    Day 3 of my 4 day rest. Having PE withdraws.... Once you get that first taste of gains - you're hooked.

      Found cable clamps at Home Depot. Bought several. Pretty happy about that.

      I've noticed in several other threads the recco is not to kegal while doing stretches. Why? Just curious.

      Still stugglin with the rk's. Besides pelvic floor balance what do they do for you?

      By the way for all my readers out there if you never done this befre, you should definetly try taking some Maca before honey time...all I got to say is whoa. Get her to take some too... just make sure you got a sturdy bed/couch/counter top/stairs... you'll probably try them all before your done...

        Shower warm up: 5min
        150 wet jelqs
        Shower cool down: 3min
        Extender wear: 4h total (2h before work / 2h after work)
        Stretches: 2x (before lunch / after lunch), big circle stretches (10 in clockwise and counter clockwise between stretches) between each stretch direction; up for 25 kegels, down 25 kegels, left 25 kegels, right 25 kegels, out 25 kegels, up-right, down-left, up-left, down-right (for 25 kegels each)

            I love being a part of this community. Seeing how everyone supports each other and encourages each other is awesome. There are enough perks in that alone to where I feel like if I make any substantial gains, well they're just bonuses. The fellowship is rewarding enough.

                          Great work out this morning. The combo of ashwagandah and zma at night has really got my erections soaring in the morning. Today was the first jelqing session where I actually felt worked out. I usually jelq upwards but this time I did it straight out. Will try again tomorrow to see if same results. I feel like my girth has expanded, when kegeling at 95-100% erection there is a gap now between my pointer finger and thumb; they use to touch. Pretty happy with this stuff.

                          My two biggest challenges currently are:
                          1. Eradicating porn from my life. (Making progress)
                          2. Resisting changing things up on my routines. Need to stay consistent to see what's working... but I really want to start adding Uli's, squeezes, and side to sides!!! Will re-evaluate things on month 3 of JP90 even though I'm already conditioned. "Patience young grasshopper" lol

                            Another week down. Amazing clamping sessions. Clamping down to second notch on mid sized cable clamp while flacid then bringing myself to a raging hard-on. The clamp actually creaks and pops due to the girth expansion.

                            SO tempted to measure girth but want to wait one more week. The Skyn condom was too tight to wear. It looks and feels different wheb doing the dirty hehe. Loving it....

                              Rest day

                              Did the dirty with the wife again... two day streak woop woop! Afterwards she commented on me being thicker making her feel tighter .

                              PRIMARY GIRTH GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!!!! Still want to get to 5.75" though.

                              I may start trying to focus on lenght now and try to maintain girth gains. Still haven't measured yet.
