Today was a rest day. I noticed many positive PI's today. Thick flaccid and erections were solid. Been experimenting with lecithin dosage again. I was taking two a day during the week and noticed a slight increase in cum. Took a break over the weekend and Sunday emptied my balls out several times. Last two days I took 3 a day and after had a significant increase in cum. Shot all the way to my chest. It's soy lecithin capsules from Walmart and one pill is 1200mg. I take three at once after lunch.
Tomorrow I'm going to do 600 side to side stretches as 500 did not fatigue me. The squeezes have made a big difference in plumpness and EQ so far.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Resting today. The 600 side to sides done yesterday seems to have done the trick. I feel slight tenderness today and rocking a pretty plump flaccid. This new routine is a little more involved than the JP90+4 with power jelqs but getting every other day off is a perk. Next week I may do it every other day including weekends but I'll wait and see how things go.
Another nice thing about side to sides is you don't have to time anything so I can do them while watching TV. I need an abbicus to help keep count of how many hundreds I have done lol.
I need to intentionally include kegels throughout the day since I no longer do them while doing the JP90 stretches. Also trying to figure out the best way to incorporate the power jelqs.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

When will you be measuring again? I have been noticing very plump flaccids lately as well. Is this a length or girth indicator in your experience? An abicus? The ancients would be proud

Start: 12/10/18 BPEL. 5.75. MEG. 5.25.
Now: BPEL. 7.50 MEG. 5.5. Fat pad ~.5 inch.
Short term goal: Just see some growth.
Long term goal: BPEL 8.0 inches or so. MEG 6 inches.

So doing the squeezes this go around has given me some realizations of how much I have grown. I remember when I first attempted the squeezes, it was difficult because my hands would touch each other, I could barely grab each end. I do the squeezes with the hand at the base thumb and first finger pointing towards my body and the other four fingers away from it. Now there is a nice gap between the hands. That was a wow moment for me.
I also used to have no problem wrapping my fingers around my burrito, now I can't really get it all the way around. My how things have changed.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log
