    • Did JP90+4 stretches with kegels at 30 second holds. Been noticing a lig pop when pulling to the right.

      • Almost forgot to mention, I woke up around 4am last night due to a boner. Realized I had to pee, got up and stood at the toilet for a couple of minutes fretting because my boner wouldn't allow me to pee. Lol.

          • Rest day.

            At a robotics convention and made a good connection with a pretty girl who I knew of before but she was out of my league at the time. Now she acts interested in me. I'm just getting out of a relationship. Why does this stuff always happen when you aren't wanting it to??? Lol

            • Excited to start week 3 of PE. I should be able to get some power jelqs in now that I have more privacy. Two more weeks and I'll measure and start the advanced jelq free routine.

                    • Never got to jelqing yesterday. Went to a business dinner hosted by our Chamber of Commerce and drank waaay too much . Maybe a bottle and a half of wine....

                      • Did 100 power jelqs and the JP90+4 stretches at 30 second holds. Just bought a bottle of l-lysine and will be taking it starting tonight. I'll take another in the morning and do mornings going forward since it's best taken on an empty stomach. It's the Spring Valley Walmart brand and it's 1000mg.

                            • When you say JP90+4 is that because you're talking about the 4 diagonal angles too?


                              I'm thinking I might dramatically tone my sessions back, you can always do more, you can't undo & do less.. Especially if you injure yourself.

                              Worse case scenario I'll do another set of stretches throughout the day if I feel it wasn't working me.

                              I can't stage erect enough for jelqs.. So I've basically dropped them from my routine.
