    • OK. Time to begin strategy planning.

      I was seeing promising results from the Girth Buster Routine so I want to keep that up until I see a budge in girth. I know I've been preaching on how I don't want to be any thicker but this is more for science and other members than anything. I want to back up this routine with results because I know how hard it is for other's to gain girth. I would call 1/8" sustained increase in girth a success.

      I will also continue the Advanced Jelq Free routine. I'm curious how fast I gain length with out the aid of an extender. My goal will be 7.75" because when it is all said in done I want to be at least a solid 7.5" BPEL.

      So the routine plan will be:

      Warmup: Shower (may consider rice sock - never done it)
      POWER Jelqing (with homemade jelq device)
      Squeezes
      Clamping
      Edging (doing erect kegels as well)
      S2S stretches
      Edging (doing erect kegels as well)

      • Hey Burrito, when you are using your Power Jelq device, how long are your strokes and pressure? I find myself using a pretty good pressure on my unit, but am having a hard time keeping the duration of the stroke to 3 seconds per no matter how much pressure I use or how light I go at it.
        Current: BPEL = 6.25"; NBPEL = 5.5"; MEG = 4.5625"
        2022-12-31 Goal: BPEL = 7.0" | NBPEL = 6.5" | MEG = 5.0"

          I grip as far down at the base as I can and pressure-wise I start of lighter cuz I can really feel it in the burrito but after about 75 reps I find myself eventually goin all the way down to where the handles are touching themselves. My jelq device is actually kinda bent now from all the squeezing lol.

          Regarding stroke length, I never time myself but doing it in my head I think it's around 1.5-2 seconds. I couldn't imagine going slower. I can say that all this power jelqing has given me a FAT burrito head. Mushrooms anyone?

          • Did my first workout today.

            Girth Buster Routine with a side of s2s stretches

            Warmup - rice sock (first time ever using one and I like it)
            200 POWER jelqs (still a little rough on skin, got some friction burns - will be brainstorming for a solution)
            20 Squeezes - 5 with left hand at base thumb facing outwards and right hand just behind glans thumb facing inward, 5 switch hands, 5 left hand at base thumb facing inwards and right hand just behind glans thumb facing inward, 5 switch hands.
            Clamping - 15min
            Edging - 5min doing erect kegels as well
            s2s stretches - 400
            Edging - 5min doing erect kegels as well

            Workout observations:
            Girth exercises were great. Had great EQ wile doing them and man that was one fat burrito when done.
            Was leaking precum like a faucet while edging - and NO I did not try any! (You know who you are and I know your reading this! ) Normally not one to produce much precum so that was interesting.
            Side 2 Side stretches - had to start off slow on the tugs because I could really feel it in the ligs, especially when pulling downwards, but after the first 100 things were good and I could go all out.

            All in all, it was a great first workout. Felt good and still feels good. Curious to see what's gonna happen...

              • Today's gonna be a rest day. Woke up with some wood. May lay off of the power jelqing for a little bit just to allow the skin to heal up more. Never had this problem before but it must be because of the # of reps so I will back off and just do 100 when I resume. Trial and error boys, trial and error.

                    Warmed up with rice sock 10 minutes. Still working on the time in the microwave. Did 1:15 today and bout burned my burrito after 1 minute lol.

                    500 or 600 s2s stretches (was watching Netflix and loss count haha)

                    • I'm wondering if doing s2s stretches only would just allow me to gain length and not girth or is the squeezes and s2s a packaged deal and without them together not much will happen or will I still gain girth even though I'm not doing girth based exercises? Sorry guys, I like analyzing situations if you haven't noticed. haha

                        Excellent effort...I would encourage you to shut off any distractions and focus in when doing the exercises. This will help you to become senate and in touch with your exercises. You are short-changing yourself by your distractions. Just a suggestion...

                          I really think something special happens when you edge with a really high erection % more than 1 hour. Totally recommend it.

                                I know, I know...however you will not get the full benefit of knowing how the exercise feels if you are distracted. I play classical music and focus in as much as possible. Afterwards, you can reward yourself with the distractions. You are building discipline of the mind and body.
