    I've noticed I can get a tighter, "deeper" jelq with less EQ (50-60% EQ) than with more EQ (>75% EQ), if that makes any sense. I can definitely "feel" it more when jelqing with less EQ. Jelqing at anything above 80% doesn't feel like I'm doing anything at all, plus I'm sure its a great way to make my dick explode.

              2nd rest day of the week.

              My EQ lately has not been very good. I'm positive that I'm overtraining...it feels like I'm overtraining. Should I reduce the duration and/or intensity of the jelqs, or should I change up my 5-day-on, 2-day-off schedule?

              I might take an extra break day. Just to be clear, nothing hurts, is bruised or numb. It's just affecting EQ at this point.

                Taking that 3rd day off was a good idea. I was going a little overboard, and my EQ was dropping. I'm gonna tone down the intensity of the jelqs a bit from now on.

                    Well, shit.

                    According to this penis size percentile calculator, my BPEL (7.25") is in the top 99.68% and my EG (5.5") is in the top 94.31%. This is using the "CalcSD Average" norms.

                    I...didn't know. It's not like I look at dicks all day and compare them to mine. Is my current size really that much larger than average? If so, just how freakishly large are male porn stars...

                    ...and how many months/years of PE do I need to beat them in size?

                      you are actually close to most males pornstar, must of those claming 10 etc are 8inches in general, you are quite lucky if i say the least My personnal goal is just 6.5 inches long and i'll be more than happy as i am close to 6 like 5.9 atm. I also liked how you threw the mesurements till 3months later, i'll try to not stick a ruler close to my dick too.
                      For the jelqs i have a question after jelquing does your dick kinda feel tired? i have this it gets kinda purple and feels tired and i got more vains now, how about you? last question is for eq to comeback and morning woods on the 5-2 it takes that 2-3 days to get woods back etc, do you have it too?

                        I never really thought about how I measured up against others in size. I just thought I was average and dudes in porn were significantly larger than me. I haven't had anyone to compare with. My fiancee says that I'm the largest she's ever been with (her ex, a black dude, was slightly longer, but I'm far thicker, she says).

                        I'm treating measuring length/girth like I am for measuring chest/bicep/quad/etc size when lifting weights. The gains are very slow and incremental, but they're there...just wait several months between measurements so that the differences on the tape measure/ruler are significant.

                        I definitely wanna measure soon, but I know that I'll be disappointed. Better to wait until the 90th day.

                        Yeah, it does feel tired after jelqing. I don't get purple (just somewhat red), but I do get slightly vein-ier.

                        When doing 5-2 at my current intensity, my EQ is dust by the 5th day. Very weak morning wood on day 5, but I'm usually 80-100% back after the rest days.

                            It's just my first week, now the goal is to get to 1 month i'll keep an eye on your journey, for the purplish i think its cause my skin is kinda darkish so red is going to that color

                                I'm increasing the amount of time I'm stretching from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.

                                Routine now consists of:

                                1) 2-3-minute warm up
                                2) 20-minute manual stretches in all directions.
                                3) 30 minutes wet jelqs (standard ones @ ~70% EQ)
                                4) 2-3 minute cool-down

                                5 days on, 2 days off. One full jelq takes about 3 seconds.
